All I can say is back then the service was excellent and now it’s ok. Adrian is sweet yes but I just haven’t been satisfied lately can’t speak for everyone else but the work has been sloppy. I got a rack pinon done months ago and because the part was defective I had to pay for labor a second time. Also I just got a window motor regulator installation in my pieces where on the back seat floor of my car,the door was all rip apart not even glued back or tape up properly . My door got jammed for a whole extra 3 days because my door wasn’t properly closed pieces wasn’t put back together. I even had tickets on my car that I was unaware of in had no choice but to take a store credit other then that I wouldn’t return. It’s not the money but if your sending money you want it done correctly or put back together the way it came, not because you have other cars treating the situation as you don’t care so not making a problem a responsibility is bad for business.

Anxiety!!!! When you have to go to the mechanics alone. Before I reached the establishment the staff was accommodating. As I waited for my vehicle the process was explained in terms that I understood. The vibe was polite and welcoming. First time here and I’m bringing my other vehicles back.

This is my drive around the corner walk back to my place do everything my jeep needs for a great price...local shop! The work is good. Adrian is fair. And my jeep is always happy. Get in while he's not busy because deez boyz grind!

I took my car here off a recommendation from a family friend and have never been more dissatisfied with a service. The service has gone down significantly since the father left the shop to his son. My car sat on the street for two weeks without being touched and every time I called to check in on the status, I would get some generic response about “waiting for my guy to come and check it out.” This leads me to believe that the people who actively work there are not qualified to be doing the jobs they’re being asked for, also it relays how lax they are about getting people's PRIMARY sources of transportation back to them in a timely fashion. When I picked it up, the same day my light came back on, to which it had to be returned to the shop for ANOTHER THREE WEEKS. Why a car that was already improperly serviced wasn’t a priority concern, I don’t know. I do know that the day I finally went to pick it up after threatening a refund, I was told of another issue that they somehow never picked up on throughout the total five weeks my car was in their possession. They also put in “repair” for the issue they found the day I was coming to pick up my car AFTER I told Adrien I did not want an extra repair at an extra cost, ESPECIALLY one that was found so late during the process. Now my light is back on and after taking it to another shop for a different opinion, I found out the part that was replaced TWICE already is defective as well. At this point, I am asking for a refund. I would never recommend this shop to anyone, even the way Adrien addresses his clients seems shady. STEER CLEAR.

I had liked this shop. Now, not so much. They ignored my description of the problems with my car, did over $1500 in repairs and 15 min after picking it up the same thing happened again. When I called, they blamed me for not telling them the check engine light was on. I absolutely did. I even had brought a car guy friend with me at drop off to describe the situation when I had brought it in. Never again. Crooks!
