Speedy Smog Test Only

I can’t recommend Speedy Smog highly enough! Tony and his team are not only incredibly skilled but also some of the most trustworthy mechanics I’ve ever met. They consistently go above and beyond, with Tony even helping me with car questions after hours. Their service is always fast, reliable, and done with such care and attention to detail. As for the last reviewer who claimed Tony buys reviews—what a joke. Speedy Smog’s great work speaks for itself. I’ve experienced their honesty firsthand, and you don’t get this kind of loyalty and quality from a shop that’s anything less than genuine. They truly put their customers first, and I’m so grateful to have found them!

Got there first thing Sunday morning and they were already setup and ready to go. Tony saw me park in one of the slots and waved me over. Tony was friendly, professional and took care of my paperwork efficiently. I was in and out in about 20 minutes, guess it helped I was the first customer of the day. Highly recommend this place, much better than other smog check places I've been to. There's also a coupon on their website. 😉 This is now my new goto place for smog checks. Plus they open bright and early Sunday morning... for all us go-getter types who like to get things done. 🤠

Check the results of your test!!! I used this place before and didn’t have issues until recently when they told me test was pass while the status was “not ready” due to obd2 sensor failure. I was charged with state certification fee(which should be done only for passing tests) and was waiting for 30 days to receive the sticker from DMV and checked the result only then. Nobody called me during this month to tell that test is a failure from speedy smog test. I called and they agreed to retest for free even though their policy is to retest within 30 days saying they are making big exception for me even though they were the ones who caused this, but result was still fail and i have wasted one month to get my car repaired and have to deal with moving permits with DMV now. Btw they did returned me the money for state certification fee after I brought my car and they realized they reported it incorrectly and car still fails.

Let me start this off by saying that, this place saved me! On July 4th, I was exiting the highway after work and got a flat which slammed my bumper and cracked the rim also. Now left with a spare till the next day. Next day morning, i search 3 places that either was too busy or the cost was too high. I called a friend to ask of good recommendation, so he told me about this place that was 10 minutes from my home. I talked to them about my problem and they also pointed out that i have an oil leak, all my tires were not safe, and an oil change as well, which needed major assistance and new parts. Not even 5 minutes go by and they already got to work! Price for this job was very reasonable to work with. Everything was done only within a couple hours. They provided cold drinks, magazines, and cable tv which was nice to pass the time. The couple hours felt like 20 minutes. They gave me detailed information of the problems i was facing and how to prevent them next time. And for other customers, please be patient with them as well, they are really nice and patient employees doing the most to help. This is going to be my go to place from now on. Thank you Tony and Crew for the assistance!

Shady place. They do the visual inspection last, so they can still try to take your money if they find something that they feel is off. Doesn't even matter if you have CARB stickers. If you are trying to register a car for the first time, save yourself the headache and look somewhere else. Not knowledgeable or respectable. Likely to be buying or bribing positive reviews since there's nearly a 5 year history of 1 star reviews with the same complaints.
