Speedy Tune & Brake

Let's be honest, no one likes having to take their car into a mechanic. Speedy Tune and Break was recommended by the oil change place and although it was a further drive for me, I don't think I'd trust anyone else with my car. From start to finish Joey was incredibly helpful and went the extra mile to ensure I wasn't paying for things I didn't need. My car was just out of its warranty, but he called around the local dealerships to find out if the specific malfunction was a known issue or better yet, a recall that would allow me to get it fixed for free at the dealership. Unfortunately, it was only a known issue. Since I had to work on the weekend and would be without a car (it was too late in the afternoon on Friday and it had to be shipped to the mechanic), Joey offered a few recommendations on rental car places. Unfortunately, all the local ones didn't have availability for several hours. When they finally had one available, he drove me over to the rental car place! My car was finished in the time he said and under the quote. Not only that, but he remembered me when I walked in and had everything ready to go so quickly. Also, I can tell you this is common service for them, because in the time I was there, I witnessed two other customers get great service - one he offered to loan his shop's car battery until she could get the new one (hers was under warranty) in the following day since she had work..AND offered to put it in when she brought it back free of charge.

These guys are absolutely amazing!!! I was visiting legoland when my check engine light came on. Was in a pinch being so far away from home that I had no one to call and 2 young kids and limited cash. I was panicking, and thankfully, I was told to find Joey. To help me out, and he was busy, but Carlos came out to help me switch out a part. When I asked how much? He said, "Let me check with Joey, who offered to do it for free. I wanted to cry. If I wasn't 10 hours away from home, this wouldn't have been as scary. Thankfully, I met these guys, and they helped me out. Angels!! I am absolutely grateful and oh so blessed for all of their help!! Thank you sooo very much for going above and beyond 🙏🏼 ❤️ 😊

Had brake issues on a road trip from Canada. Alex and Joseph were extremely helpful, they dropped me to my hotel while doing the work since I have 4 kids and would have been horrific to spend the day waiting for a repair with them. After was complete they came and picked me up. They helped me to stay low priced and budget friendly and fixed it fast. On top of that they tossed in a headlight cause mine was out to make sure I could see properly while on my way back over the mountains to Canada. Truly fantastic experience.

Everyone that I interacted with was so kind and the customer service was absolutely amazing. They really listened to what the issue with my car was and ways I had previously attempted to have it fixed elsewhere, and were able to resolve the issue no problem. Can’t recommend them enough!

Dave is the man when it comes to alignments. I've owned my 2000 Toyota 4Runner for 5+years and had it aligned 3 times after replacing various suspension joints/bushings and it never drove straight. Dave knocked it out of the park. The car is tracking straight better than it ever has. Thank you!
