Spiffy

DO NOT RECOMMEND- Recently signed up for their fleet services. After months of going back and forth to sign up for a account we finally got their services booked. After day ONE I was sent a email stating they would no longer be servicing our account and closing our account with little to no explanation. When pressed it was basically they wouldn't make a large enough profit from washing our fleet. But even to find that answer I had to email the director of fleet accounts. We run a handicap accessible van rental company servicing the disabled community. We are nationwide and was looking forward to growing our partnership. I do NOT recommend signing up for their accounts as they can cancel with zero notice and no reasoning. Which is a shame because their services could quite useful.

I requested service on 12/15 and they came out 8am on 12/16! Super fast response and service was amazing. We got the awesome detail and our van looked so clean and shiny. My mom came by later that day and saw how amazing our van looked and she immediately asked who we hired for the service and I referred her as well. Would definitely use again. Thank you to the guy who took care of us!

I got the full detail service in and out as my car had a lot of dust .. Gabriel was The one he will clean my car and he did a pretty good job with it buffing it. My car has a very unique color And it’s very hard to know whether it’s clean or dirty but I was able to find that shine at the end of the visit and it was extremely visible. It was all hand cleaned, Gabriel was open to a lot I Feedback for from me and I had him repeat many areas. As I thought I was a little bit tough I apologized and he stated that he knows that this is an expensive service and he wants me to be very happy. I thought that his replies and the way he took my Feedback were extremely impressive and I was extremely happy with the overall experience.

I got their top of the line detailing service. Car exterior was not washed thoroughly, various interior areas were not cleaned - dust on AC vents, dash, rear seats, leather was not cleaned, and the paint wasn't buffed. Absolutely not worth the price (around $300). They did a good job on the carpets, and the staff was friendly, but many areas that should have been cleaned were ignored. This is not a professional level detailing service.

Spiffy is a great service for those who have horrible work schedules and/or absolutely no time or place to get an A+ auto detail. It was fairly easy to schedule service through the Spiffy app, and everything after that is a piece of cake! Kevin came to take care of my car. He was friendly, professional, and took pride in his work. I was very impressed with the results, appreciate the tip top service, and will definitely use again!
