Split Second Auto Body

After discovering my car had been damaged overnight, I was initially panicked. A friend recommended Split Second, so I gave them a call. Matt answered promptly and scheduled an appointment for me right away. When I arrived, he thoroughly explained all of my options, making everything easy to understand. Matt’s professionalism and clear communication immediately put me at ease. Throughout the entire process, he kept me updated and was always available to answer my calls, making me feel like the shop’s top priority. The turnaround on the repairs was quick, and the quality of the work was outstanding—it’s like the damage never happened. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Overall, the customer service was exceptional, and I highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of repairs. Here are some photos of the finished work!

I want to start off by saying thank you so much and you guys are very much appreciated!!!!! Matt &’ Mikey ❤️ On January 12th, 2025 I got into my very first car accident, I was in shock and didn’t even know what to do or who to call. My friends came to meet up with me and they ended up calling Mikey.. When Mikey got there he was so heart felt. He seen the shock in me and tried to ease my nerves, he explained to me in detail the exact steps I needed to take and walked me through the whole process. To say he was just helpful would be and understatement. This man’s professionalism and experience come hand and hand, amazing customer service. When the shop opened I got a phone call by Matt, this is one of the most sweetest gentlemen ever, he called me for every single update, he answered every single question and concern, as he himself walked me through the process of my car being fixed and all. He even offered me to get the truck dropped off to me if I needed to. Top notch customer service!! My truck looks like it was never in an accident!! I’m in love with the results, it was heart breaking as my truck is a 2023 so it’s still brand new to me! I would most definitely highly recommend them and will definitely be back if needed to in the future. Don’t even second guess it!! Need work done? Need a tow? My car got hit while parked…I was also 6.5months pregnant at the time. These guys did an amazing job. You would never know today how bad the damage was.

Took my son’s VW GLI in on Monday and got it back Wednesday. Great work done in 3 days. Thanks to Matt and the crew. Definitely recommend.

Split Second Auto Body is a shop of veteran car mechanics and body work specialists that are earnest and honest. I take two cars- a Honda Accord hybrid and Toyota Sienna- to them for anything they need. Both cars are over ten yrs old and have more than 100k miles, so they need their old changed, tires rotated, etc on schedule, and Split Second does that. The cars are never in the shop more than a day, (that was for new tires,) and the employees communicate what's going on in a timely manner. I've seen them doing some gorgeous body work too!
