The experience was okay. They took well over the expected time. I arrived at 9:45 AM didn’t leave until 11:30 AM. Was told that it would take about an hour and it was longer. Also I asked for a tire rotation and my tires were not rotated. Was charged over $130 for an oil change and rotation. The only good thing was Lorrina customer service. She was so nice and helpful. Give her a raise.

Went in to Spreen Honda with a specific car and price in mind and Jacob F was awesome. I didn't have a car to trade in since mine was recently stolen and Jacob and the manager really worked with me. Tony in finance was great too explaining all the different warrenty and package options available.

I’d been to a lot of dealer ships and they were rude well the majority or them more. But spring Honda were so nice. They made me feel comfortable and Carlos the salesman I had him take me for test drives in probably 10 vehicles and he was so patient and nice with me the whole way and they worked with me on the price and everything. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and I will thank you Spring Honda for making my purchase easy. Oh, and they even delivered my car for me.
