Squatch's Garage / Best Auto

I own a very rare Acura that I have restored and took it on its first long drive. I live in the San Francisco Bay Area and when I arrived in Oregon the Idle Air Control Valve stopped working. I had the part with me, but I had no place to install it. I stopped by another repair shop who let me know that he won’t install parts without troubleshooting first and he couldn’t see me until next week. I called Best Auto/Squatch’s garage and Cory, the owner answered. He said that he was busy, but could work me in as an emergency repair. John the technician plugged in his scanner and confirmed it was the Idle Air Control Valve like I already knew. He pulled it in and I was on my way within an hour. Thanks goes to both John as well as Cory for helping me out. I drove from Grant’s Pass Oregon to Eureka after the fix and the car performed flawlessly. I have owned this car since new and I do all of the work on it myself. Other than for wheel alignments no one touches my car. If I lived in Oregon I would use this shop if I needed help with something. Cory and John, keep up the fantastic job. I am so happy that you were able to work me in today. A+++++. Bob

My car died on the i5, called couple shopes near me, they were the ones to agree to take to take late at the day and stayed after hours to make sure I get back to the road same day. I knew the belt was ripped. They told me the water pump went bad, and I agreed to fix it. A couple of hours later, they called me back. They found that the pump was okay and it was just stuck and needed some cleaning. The changed couple bullies and adjusted the price. Very professional and honest guys. I forgot to mention that they worked the extra mile to give me a few numbers of towing companies.

Squatch’s crew took excellent care of my camper van. My husband and I had a flashing engine light and they fit us in and got us back on the road. They went above and beyond to drive and get us the part we needed. We had our animals in the van and they let us stay with them while they worked. So grateful for Drew and the rest of the crew at Squatch’s!

I was passing through and developed a wobble in my front driveline. Went to 2 places that wouldn't touch it. Went to Squatches and even though they were clearly busy, took me in without hesitating and got me back on the road. Thanks guys!

These guys are freakin’ awesome. I could write several paragraphs on how excellent my experience was. I came to them needing my CV axels replaced on my 1992 Honda accord. I was about to do a 15 hour drive to visit my mother who recently was diagnosed with kidney cancer. They got me in, replaced my axels, fixed my electrical problems which effected my cars safety. They also pointed out and took care of the most worn out parts of my car’s suspension which made my car too unsafe to drive, especially before a 15 hour drive. Yesterday I picked up my car from them in grants pass and drove all the way to San Diego in one shot without a single problem. Thank you Squatch’s garage and thank you Corey for everything!
