I can’t say enough good things about my experience at SSR Auto Body Shop! From the moment I walked in, their team was professional, efficient, and incredibly helpful. Richard, in particular, went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. He took care of every detail, including managing all the insurance paperwork, which made the process so much easier for me. My 2024 BMW X4 was ready in just 2.5 weeks, much quicker than I expected, and the quality of the work was outstanding—it looks as good as new! What truly set them apart was their consideration for my needs as a busy parent. Richard even arranged for my rental car to be picked up directly from the shop, saving me the hassle of dragging my two-year-old and his car seat all across town. Brought my 2020 m340i into SSR autobody after getting some damage to my rear bumper and rear panel. The guys at SSR did really good on matching the paint , I cant even notice the difference between the old and new paint. SSR quoted me a little cheaper than 2 other body shops I went to. The service was amazing thank you to Celine and the guys, I appreciate shops who take care of their clients, Richard was really helpful on explaining exactly what was gonna be done with the car before taking it in. Overall I had the best experience at SSR and will 100% be taking all my cars to them moving forward!
