helpful on getting my heat fixed in my s8. I’d recommend these gentlemen any day of the week , very passionate about talk about cars and treating the customer very politely. I've had my vehicle serviced at Stadium Auto multiple times and as far as the work that was done goes, I was satisfied. The owners are a treat to talk to as they are avid car enthusiasts. Mike, who is the Volkswagen/Audi mechanic takes the time to talk with you one on one and will help you understand the issues you may have with your vehicle. Also, if you can plan far enough ahead, the shop has a couple of loaner vehicles which seems to be a rarity these days. I took a star off because in the last few years the shop has become EXPENSIVE!! I understand everything has gone up in price, but I feel like this particular shop is a little more pricey than the rest. It is Ann Arbor though and I'm assuming that has something to do with it. Also, the parking lot is comically small. In any case, if you have a European car that needs some work done I would recommend them because in the end, they are good people and the work is solid.

I'm so happy to have found Stadium Auto for service on my 2014 Mini Cooper Countryman. After AA's Mini dealership closed, I've been searching for somewhere convenient to get reliable service. Stadium Auto checks all the right boxes! They were able to do several repairs for considerably less than I'd been quoted by another local "Mini Expert", plus all the staff were friendly, professional, didn't talk down to me, and took the time to answer all my questions. I never felt like they were trying to upsell me and they were straightforward about what I should do now and what could be deferred. The service manager, Jim, was also quick to diagnose a warning light that came on just as I was taking the car home. He made sure I was comfortable with everything and I got the sense that he really cares about every car and customer. They even provide rides and loaner cars, which I so appreciate since we are a one car family! I'll definitely be back for future maintenance and repairs.
