Stan’s towing helped me get my car home from Akron to Springfield through AAA roadside assistance after my brakes went out while driving. The driver, Alex, was quick, professional, and pleasant to work with. Thank you again!

I had my wife's car towed this morning and Stan's did a great job. Both the dispatcher and the tow truck driver were friendly and helpful. They came in a good amount of time and got the car to the garage with no problems.

I hate to give a one star because the company is not bad however the incompetence of one employee is mind boggling. My wife was stranded on the side of the road during a snow storm. I went to pick her up and she called AAA. They sent a truck out from stan’s towing. I got there just before the tow truck did. I believe his name was alex, and when he arrived. I explained that the starter went out and told him where i needed the car towed too. He proceeded to tell me that the two of us would have to push the car, in the snow, because it was front wheel drive. I ask why we couldn’t put it in neutral and pull it out backwards then rehook it from the front? He told me to hold on and got in his truck. He drove around the parking lot a few times and parked in the corner of the parking lot for 30 minutes. Before saying anything he just left and canceled the call. We called the company back and I spoke to a manager who was very apologetic and he sent out another truck. The second truck was great but the company seriously needs to fire alex and the fact that he has had previous incidents like this from the reviews and still employed is why they are getting a 1 star. Stan’s towing please do better.

I want to give a shout-out to Stan’s Towing for their exceptional service. One of our staff was stuck on the side of the highway, and they got a truck out within 20 minutes. The driver, Alex, was excellent and made our person feel safe, a true professional. Thanks JSD & MFS - PMTM
