Called this guy because I saw he had decent reviews. I asked him how much to simply connect his diagnostic machine to my Mercedes to do a simple recalibration. He says it will takes hrs and costs $350. He forgets it’s the dawn of the internet and I seen it only takes minutes on multiple YouTube videos . I asked why does it cost so much when he’s not really doing anything it’s the dang diagnostic machine. then he hangs up and won’t pick up the phone. I work in customer service and one thing I know is you can at least explain it without rudely hanging up. No one wants to drive to a location and spend extra money just for a business to get over on you. Keep it honest and fair pricing Alex!

Would give it zero stars if possible. I called to make an appointment for an oil change and politely asked if they had anything soon due to leaving for my honeymoon soon, and the man on the phone said “that’s a personal problem, just joking!” And I was shocked. Like he was maybe having a bad day, but that’s not how you run a business!

Alex has been-taking care of my wife’s car and mine for about 2 years now. The service is exceptional. The staff there is very friendly. Very good prices. It’s pretty much a one stop shop for all your Mercedes Benz needs. Don’t pay the high prices at the dealership. Let Alex and his crew take care of you. I promise...you will not be disappointed.

Excellent service. Quality work. Thorough. A pleasure to deal with. Alex makes sure you understand what needs to be done and checks every job to assure it was done correctly. Very professional yet friendly. I feel very confident that I'm trusting the right shop to care for my wife's MB. I have never felt this way about any other garage in over 50 years of dealing with car repairs and preventative maintenance. Actually makes me consider trading my current ride for an MB so I don't have to keep hunting for a reliable garage
