Kurt and his team are fantastic! I left my service center of 10 yrs to give Star a shot and I’m so glad I did. I saved money and the work quality on my 3 vehicles was exceptional! I had an amazing experience at Star Motors of San Juan Capistrano! After a frustrating visit to a local VW dealership, where I received highly questionable pricing on needed repairs, I brought my GTI to Star Motors with the recommendation of a friend. Their team was incredibly helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. They diagnosed the issue quickly and completed the necessary work the same day--something the dealership couldn't manage for under 3k. Kurt and his team handled the repairs for less than the dealerships ridiculous quote. The level of care and expertise at Star Motors is truly top-notch. If you're looking for a trustworthy, efficient, and customer-focused shop, I highly recommend Star Motors to anyone reading this review. From now on, I won't take my cars anywhere else

Star Motors is the absolute best! Kyle is the man! He gave me so much info about my car and I appreciated it! Everyone who works there is so kind and welcoming! Oh! They usually fix my car perfectly every time I bring it in. But unfortunately, this time, my poor little car might be in for the fight of her little life with BMW! 😠. Love Star Motors!

I like this service bit my last visit was not great :( I made an appointment on Wednesday at 9am to leave my car for the oil change at 1pm, 30 minutes later I received a call, they you are short staffed and cannot take my car today, I asked about Thursday, you were short staffed again. Then I made an appointment for Friday at 8:30 and I asked for my car to be done at noon, because I needed to head out to work, the lady was nice about it and said that it usually takes 1-1:30 so my car will be done for sure. I received a call from you around 10:30 asking if I want to get some of my issues fixed and I rejected it. But I did ask to check the SRS light, since it was on but no problem occurred. I was waiting for the call but never got one, finally I called at noon to see how the process is going and they said that it is not ready to be driven yet since they have to put all of the parts together. I asked to call me an Uber since I have to go to work and I want to pick up my car, and I got one. When I went to the office, no one was sitting there, because everyone went to lunch and only a guy in the very back who I didn’t even see helped me out to get my keys. The bottom line is my car did not get washed, no one checked and turned off the SRS light and it was not done on time, after that I saw a screen on my car that I have to check oil level next time I change. Very disappointing service this time, even though I had been coming to use your services for the last two years. I am dissatisfied with this visit.

Great customer service and attention to detail. My car broke down near Dana Point, I called them, the towed me to their shop, diagnosed and fixed the car relatively fast. Admittedly, I don’t know much about fixing cars but I know about customer service and their “bedside” manner is second to none. I put my trust in them and so far so good.
