Star - Nissan Service Center -

Nissan of Queens Rockaway put a faulty alternator in that cost me 1500$ in October 24. They wouldn’t guarantee warranty despite it rattling my car after 3k miles. Bayside saw me instantly, honored the warranty and completed the service in less than 2 hours which was a huge relief. Very helpful and nice staff, I would recommend coming here

Great staff. Assisted me as soon as I walked in. The waiting area was clean and bright. Went to pick up my car and the staff made sure to go over the check list of everything that was done and explained what had been covered by warranty and what wasn't

Where to start.. Well been going to this center for couple years now on and off, this is due to not having a nissan vehicle. But hey here I am back. and so glad to see some of the same faces, Spanish parking guys still there and still nice and only person i remember and was happy to know he remembered me was ROB. I have been having trouble with my EV car for months, called this center couple months back and at the moment there EV mechanic wasnt in. so i had to go to another nissan center and best believe for nothing, the treatment there was trash starting from the manager to the Customer rep. after back and forth and nothing getting handled I gave this Center a call and just my luck (Rob) picked up and told me to bring my car the next business day. I did just that and just my luck got him as my Rep, here i was thinking it was going to take days or even weeks. Nope he allowed me to speak to the mechanic and told me to rest a sure everything was going to be taken care of. And wasnt even 2pm when i got the call that my car was ready. meanwhile other nissan was trying to keep my car for months. Rob and the mechanic are my heros in this one.

Charged me $76 for an oil change. The very next day, I changed the oil myself and the oil that came out my car was very, very black. Obviously, they did not change the oil. They robbed me. That was the second time I took my car there for service. With how black the oil was, they didn’t change it the last time either. They had my car for hours and didn’t do anything at all. Then they had the nerve to recommend more services for my car. Shame on you Star Nissan. There are better ways to make money. I understand times are hard but that’s dishonest, disappointing, disrespectful, and disgusting. I won’t be returning and I will let my family and friends know they shouldn’t return either.

Great and advisor helped to find the best options for saving on service. I think it would be great if they have a car wash system after service.
