I own a 1995 Mercedes Benz 36 AMG. It is a collectible and rare edition. I took it to Starko Motors 2 years ago, for a head gasket replacement at the recommendation of another Mercedes shop. Starko is a family owned mechanic shop in San Fernando, and both Raffi and his Brother, Harry, are first rate mechanics. They rebuilt the engine for me and fixed it all for a reasonable price, even the headliner, and the car runs like new. These guys certainly know what they are doing with German cars, and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs great repairs done at reasonable costs. They are delightful to work with and knowledgable about every aspect of the vehicles. I am so glad to have met them. They are seasoned and smart cookies. Try them, you will be glad you did.

I drive an e46 m3. I took it it for a vanos rebuild with the majority of parts me having supplied. For the next 3 months I went back and forth with Rafi on why my car wasn't done yet. At around the 3 month mark rafi had "finished" the job and my car had a misfire on all cylinders. He tried blaming my parts to which I responded with if my parts are the issue please put parts that work in and I'll pay the difference. In the end I pulled my car out of his shop and had to take it to another mechanic to where they told me rafi hadn't assembled the vanos properly. Beware
