First and most importantly, amazing customer service, integrity, and character. I was visiting from out of town and planned to leave within the day, the next day at the latest. Kenneth was very busy and unable to take me at the time and day I called, but indicated that if I couldn't get anyone to help, to call him later in the evening. I was ghosted by another mobile mechanic and called Kenny. He promised to try to get me on the road the next day and though busy throughout the day on another car, kept his word and showed up in the dark, wind, and rain to get my car working. He was thorough, conscientious to not take a short cut and made sure that the issue he identified was, in fact, the issue. He was very friendly and personable and clearly cares about the quality of his work and how he treats people, which is not as common anymore. Would highly recommend.

I wish that I could rate Mr. Kenny much higher than a 5! This wonderful, Godly man has saved me from aggravation & wasting money. The service dept. that I regularly take my car to, attempted to charge me $9800 to replace my engine. Mr. Kenny got involved. Long story short, the service dept. took care of my engine costs. On a different occasion, I went to Tire Discounts to have them patch a flat tire. The manager tells me that I needed to replace all tires & he would do me a "favor" and only charge me $1100. I called Mr. Kenny, sent a couple of pictures & he advised to leave & go to Sam's Club. I retrieved my keys from TD's & the manager told me that I likely would not make it to my next destination. To God be the glory, I made it safely to my destination & Sam's Club was able to take care of my tire issue. And no need to purchase 4 tires. Mr. Kenny is the BEST advocate for anyone who has little or no car experience. I trust him! He is timely in his responses, polite, personable & honest!!! With every encounter he asks how I'm doing, awaits my response, asks what he can help me with. He always tells me to call anytime, I am never a bother & God bless you! This man is a GEM! Thank you Mr. Kenny! You are loved & appreciated!!! And may God continue to bless you & your family! Thank you for blessing all of us!!!

Ken is a stand-up guy. We did service transaction several States apart. No face. All online. Complete the inspection in a reasonable timeline. Highly recommend. Thank you

My fiancé and I traveling cross-country were in dire need of a professional when our vehicle began to break down in Ohio. When all other shops were either closed or fully booked for the next week, we found the wonderful helping hand of Mr.Kenny who works here. He provided a thorough remote service, helping us figure out exactly what our vehicle needed, and in no time we were up and on the road again thanks to Mr.Kenny’s kindness, honesty, and knowledge. We cannot possibly thank him enough.

Being a mature single woman it so scary to trust any mechanic. However I felt comfortable and trusted this company right away because they took the time to help me understand what was going on with my vehicle. I wasn't disappointed in any way with their service. I even got a call back the next day from them to just make sure all was good. I'm so happy now because I have a company I fell I can really trust! These days that means the world 🌎 This company has gone beyond the point of being concerned for me. They have continued to check on me day after day. I will never trust anyone with my vehicle again.
