I needed a front & rear facing dash cam for a trip coming up, I stopped in and talked to Darrell about what I was looking for and why, he had a good one in stock but it didn't do what I needed it for. He took the time to explain the difference in the cameras and how they work. Installed some fresh headlights for me this time been going through them for years always elite and makes you feel like you are part of the team and not just a customer would recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their cars or trucks and even boats and and anything in between ill be going back soon indeed

Took my car in to have my subs and amp installed and got it back same day. They sound great and Darrell did a great job haven't had any issues with anything not working.

I have used them multiple times before and didn't think twice about using them again. I had parking sensors installed. I had problems with them from day one. I took my car back in twice, with no satisfactory results, even though I was told the issue was fixed. After weeks of phone calls and stopping in, I decided to see if I could figure the problem out myself. After two minutes of troubleshooting, I figured out the problem. So clearly, they didn't really try to figure out the issue the two times I took it in, keeping my car multiple days. After I figured out the problem, I stopped in and told them what it was. I was told they would order the part to fix it. That was over two months ago and I haven't heard anything. I will never use them again. Some very expensive parking sensors only half work.

We ended up ordering what I needed after talking. Thank you for answering questions on current and future upgrades.
