Steve's Towing

These guys were extremely rude from the get-go. I had my sticker on my vehicle, which is what is needed to authorize parking in my apartments, that morning, and at night, once they came, it apparently was not there anymore. After reading these reviews, these people are definitely preying on people who live in apartments. They were already in my car once we got out to see what happened so we're not sure if they really did take it, but I sure wouldn't doubt it.

Best towing company in town…I’m usually a light sleeper and wake up to the smallest sound, but Thier towing is the most quickest, quietest, and most efficient towing I’ve ever gotten towed by. I didn’t even notice my car was gone until I was getting ready to get to Carl’s Jr at 3 am.

I do not recommend coming to this or having this tow service do anything with your vehicle. Recently my car was totaled in a horrible accident that injured my boyfriend and two of our friends because of a drunk driver. When me and my family went to get the belongings from my car, the lady at the check in window was informing my mom and dad that the price for the tow and the two days it was there (even though new years day is a closed day for them so we couldn’t get the car regardless, and no one told us who was towing and where they were towing my vehicle, when we could have used our triple A and got it towed for free) was going to be $1,000+. My mom was obviously not very happy with this and the lady literally said to my mom: “it’s not my fault you decided to drive off a cliff.” When my mom asked if the lady had any compassion, the woman told her that “it was not her job to have compassion for people like us.” The next day when me and my mom went to release my car to them and were going to leave, the owner, who had told my mom not to complain about the price and just fight him in court on it, parked his truck in a spot where my mom was unable to get out. he stared at us and walked away. My mom was able to get out thankfully. All I can say is these people are unprofessional af, and deserve horrible reviews. the guy who helped us get the stuff out of our car and the guy who helped us release my car were great though, thanks for actually providing good service. This was at the Lake Elsinore location.

I scheduled a tow through AAA to have my car towed to a repair shop due to an accident. I called Steve’s towing after scheduling my appointment with AAA online to let them know my car does not need to be at the collision center until 1pm today. The individual who answered the phone was verbally aggressive from the moment he answered the phone. After explaining my situation multiple times he continued to yell at me saying I need to call AAA and they have nothing to do with it. He wouldn’t take the time to listen nor would he acknowledge what I was trying to tell him. I immediately called AAA and cancelled the tow with Steve’s towing and requested a different company. Steve’s towing still sent someone to my home to pick up my car and that individual was rude and aggressive as well when I informed him we no longer needed their services. I will not be using Steve’s towing in the future and I will be informing all friends and family to not do so as well. I have also filed a complaint with AAA. They have definitely earned their 1.7 star review! In my opinion it should be less than that! Please save yourself the undue negative treatment and use a different company that would love to have your business.

My car was there and when I finally got my property back I was missing so many things. I know it can’t be proven, that’s why they do it and of course they’re going to deny it. I know what I have in car,they stole $20 that I had in my cup holder,a box with brake pads,two packs of cigarettes that I had in the glove department, lighters, and I just bought some stuff to clean my car, I haven’t used any of it yet, about $30 worth and they took it all. It’s not right how the employees just steal people stuff and get away with it. I know it’s not much but still it’s my stuff and they had no right to steal it.
