SECOND UPDATE: I am going to update this since it's very clear management gives 0% care for their stellar employees. Buy your car here with Radek and Frank ONLY. Then run far and fast as this place is the definition of slimy when it comes to doing what they agree to. We love the car, we love Radek, and Frank genuinely tried to help. But I was told by Lincoln HQ the GM would call me to sort this out last week and I still have heard nothing. Note to management- Treating your employees like they should take the fall is a really distasteful and I genuinely hope your hard working good employees find an organization that is less greedy. Additionally I am not letting this go and will be contacting the DMV and the DCA about how poorly you handled a repair that was on the due bill. It's unethical and you should know better. TL/DR Radek- 1000000/5 stars Service and management (except Frank) -100/5 UPDATE: Radek is amazing, buy a car from him and RUN. We had included on our due bill a paint repair, because new car duh we wanted our 80k investment pristine. These people have had my car for weeks and have tried to pass of shoddy repairs and lack of accountability. It is terrible to see a business let their good employees take the blame for their unethical practices and I regret ever trusting them with my new car. I have even reached out to Lincoln directly to avoid this public blasting. They told me this is NOT the Lincoln way and they would call dealer and have them call me so we can make it right. They called this morning and told me someone would be in touch. Crickets all day. At this point if I ever get my car back I will be avoiding this place like the plague. It’s clear the sales manager is all about cutting corners at the expense of his employees and customer satisfaction. If you are even thinking of buying a Lincoln you HAVE to talk to Radek Kubiak! We finally bought my dream hybrid and Radek made the whole transaction a dream, which is saying a lot. Hubby and I tend to be REALLY detailed and have millions of questions which then lead to millions more when we get answers. Through the entire process Radek was kind, patient, and hilarious to work with. Even we I swapped the car I wanted at the 11th hour Radek rolled with it and made sure I felt supported and that all my questions were answered. We obviously don't need a new car now but when the time comes we would 100% work with Radek again!

I got to Stevens creek Lincoln dealership I meet Radek and Reza. They helped me alot and I got a brand new Lincoln Aviator. Nice people nice service and i have to say thank you Radek and Reza for everything. We enjoy the car at every second. i would like to give you guys 10 stars but it's only 5 stars here

What a great experience I had working with Gavin to help me buy a new car. I had made an appointment with him to see a specific car, but when I realized it might not be for me and asked about another, it didn't faze him one bit. He was able to pivot and show me a different car. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to answer every question I had. I must say his manager was very kind too. This is now my favorite dealership in the Bay Area! Ask for Gavin for a guaranteed pleasant car purchasing experience.

I started taking my 2018 Navi here for service about 8 months ago, Katie and Gia are an amazing team to work with. They take good care of the customers and the vehicles, from regular service to warranty items. The service department is exceptional, giving that it's a relatively young dealership. Just bought my 2024 Navi from them too. And will definitely be an exclusive service customer with this one as well. I look forward to continuing to work with this amazing team. I live 3 hours away from this dealership. I stumbled upon this dealership by search for a Lincoln Corsair since I test drove one in my area and loved it. The dealership in my area was not giving me a good deal so I was searching out of my area. Radek was the one who helped me over the phone make a the process simple. I end up liking the deal they proposed to me and Redek personally met me half way to exchange cars. He was the best. Thank you.
