I must give very high praise and appreciation to Steven, Lori, and Michael at Stoler Lexus store. By chance, my car went for repairs at Stoler Lexus after it broke down in Long Island due to the rain. I was stuck and couldn't leave, and my calls to the insurance company and tow truck service were ignored. Over a month, it was Steven who patiently helped us by communicating with the insurance company and the towing service, even though it wasn't their obligation or responsibility. My car wasn't purchased from their dealership, yet they offered such patient assistance. Steven, Lori, and Michael are professional, meticulous, responsible, patient, and enthusiastic, making me feel very secure. Especially on the first day when we were heading back to Manhattan and our car was with the tow company, Steven personally bought us train tickets and drove us to the train station. That was the first day we met, and Steven is a truly nice person on a high level. I felt like meeting a long-time friend or family member. Everyone is so friendly even at 7:30am, when I arrived with my vehicle. The appointment was easily made and I was provided with a loaner since my repairs took all day. Edwin was friendly, knowledge and professional. I definitely felt comfortable with the recommended repairs and did not feel pressured. The technician stayed late to assure my vehicle was done on same day and I so appreciated that. I would definitely return and highly recommend Stoler snd Edwin! And honestly everyone is so friendly here!!! And as a win win, my vehicle was retuned clean!!!

From setting an appointment to visiting the service center, the service I received was wonderful. Grace made setting an appointment extremely easy and pleasant and Michael met me at the service center with a smile and offered reassurance of them handling my visit without a problem. He was extremely efficient, thorough, and took the time to make sure that I understood each of the services that they performed on my car which also included my New York State inspection, and let me know about future services and what they would entail that I was entitled to under my contract. It was quite reassuring and a very pleasant experience. I look forward to many years of driving my Lexus and maintaining my relationship with Stoler Lexus. Thank you for this positive experience!
