On August 9 of 2022, my 2015 Toyota Corolla needed the lower control arms replaced. I Contacted Stouts automotive and got it scheduled. While it was there they indicated the following things that needed done Lower Control Arm Left&Right, Front Swaybar Link Left&Right, and FRONT WHEEL ALIGNMENT. While they did all the services at the mileage of 144,832. Prior to this I just had all four brand new Pirelli All Season Plus 2 Tires (70,000 Mile Tires) put on at 135,125 miles (11/26/2021) at Tires Discounters. I also had a recommendation alignment service done at Tires Discounters at 141,587 (5/3/22) with no issues with my tires. I take my Toyota into Tires Discounters at 148,689(10/5/22)to get the tires to balance rotate and possibly an alignment since I just came back from an 830-mile trip. Tires Discounter inform me that the alignment from Stouts automotive was off by 2 degrees in the front causing excessive wear and wearing the front tires down to the cords showing. I contacted Stouts Automotive and they proceeded to say that they would only warranty the alignment that they perform even though the alignment was the reason the tires went. They only would refund me $174.02 for the issue even though the cost of two new Pirelli All Season Plus 3 installed at Tires Discounters $365.98. Not to mention the $720.81 that Stouts Automotive Charged me for the lower control arms. Everything written here has images to go with it.

Phenomenal experience. I brought my work truck to Stout's for the first time a couple months ago and everything was better than the chain tire store repair places that I had gone to previously. I brought them a list of repairs and diagnostic items, and they figured everything out and made the repairs in a timely manner, and at reasonable prices. I'll be back with the rest of my vehicles for work in the future.

I wish I didn’t live so far or he’d be my lifetime mechanic. Professional and transparent, straight to the point, knows what he’s doing, and doesn’t overcharge you. I’ve priced lots of places in the area and you’re gonna get your best prices here. He explains what he’s done to the car very thoroughly so if you’re not a car expert, it’s okay. People complain he doesn’t answer the phone: he’s working! He has never NOT called me back after leaving a voicemail. I was also able to pay using routing and account number once when I forgot my physical card and that was a big help.

I've always had excellent service from Dan and his staff. The prices are fair, and honest, the work is done with quality. Communication between the service garage and the owner of the vehicle is excellent. I've been coming to Stout's on a regular basis for the last 10 years. I recommend Stouts to all my friends

Best place around to take your vehicle to. They found and fixed an issue I had that another shop couldn't fix in 3 revisits. Stouts is experienced and fair, their prices are also just as excellent as their service. Would recommend 110%
