OK for simple stuff but failed on 2 diagnosis with no response. Used them in past for simple brake work and was fine. Took car in August for a couple of noises. They diagnosed wheel bearing and anti-sway bar links. I replaced them based on this. Both problems still exist. Another shop plus a dealer diagnosed the correct problem in Sept. I contact Street's 3 times on this. 1st they said they would have a service rep contact me. Never happened. Followed up twice more (via responses to their texts asking how the work was) with no responses. Cost me their diagnostic fee plus about $500 in parts and several hours work only to have the same problems as before and have to deal with that. They also charged my son well above MSRP for Honda axles recently (after giving a lower price initially), saying it was for "expedite" from Honda dealer, even though he didn't ask for that. He did the repair with Streets anyway and work seems fine, but felt overcharged for the parts for sure. Time to look for another independent shop, unfortunately. The 2 wrong diagnostics with no attempt to correct the issue or answer me is the deal-breaker.

Birthday weekend trip to the Tail of the Dragon, hit a pothole and blew a tire. While Streets didn't have my tire size (I have a sports car with tires that aren't typically stocked). I was met with amazing customer service and a few employees went above and beyond to help me get back on the road. Saved me the night of a hotel, if there even was one to book, and the time lost on my Air BnB. I really wish I had remembered the 2 guys names, but just know I truly appreciate it, and was able to enjoy my weekend. THANKS!

I have had to take my car in a few times over the last few months for different repairs. Fantastic service every time! Bill has been very helpful and accommodating when I have any questions. Will continue to use them! I appreciate their honesty as well.

Everyone there treats you like family. I pumped gas in my tank unknowingly contaminated. They fixed it completely and were kind enough to check all my codes. I can't wait to fix all the little things needed on my car and am thankful to find a new mechanic!

Called ahead for a vehicle inspection. Pulled in and they took it right away. Found a fog light burned out and I approved replacement. They found it was just a loose wire. Could've charged me, but didn't. Good guys. Will go back when the need arises.
