Stress Free Auto Care was amazing! I took my car in because my battery kept draining overnight, and I couldn’t figure out what was wrong. Their team was super helpful and quickly figured out the issue. They explained everything to me so I actually understood what was going on, which I really appreciated. They also kept me updated in real time throughout the repair process, so I always knew what was happening with my car. They were so transparent and didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers. If you’re looking for an honest, reliable place to take your car, this is it. Highly recommend!

Stress-Free Auto Care stays true to it name by offering an excellent service, reasonable price and very friendly staff. I took my car couple of times for diagnosis and they were very helpful in explaining how it works and also providing the right guidance. They advise to take the car to the dealership if the repair is covered under warranty instead of fixing it themselves. I really like their honest and customer focused approach to car service. This place is always my first choice for auto care.

Have you ever asked this question: "Hey, do you know a good & honest car mechanic?" Look no further -- Stress-Free Auto Care has the Best car mechanics in the Bay. They simply provide you information so that you can decide what to do. And how do they provide that info? ... Pictures. They take photos of recommended repairs and then show you on 3 computer monitors at the Front Desk ... I sincerely appreciate Tae and the guys here ... After using Express Auto for the past six years, I was a little skeptical when Dave and Connie retired. However, the new team really impressed me with the professionalism they displayed from the star. There are 17 point inspection showed me things I’d had overlooked in the past couple years. It’s like the torch was passed to the correct team. Good job on my headlights they’re brighter and pointing in the correct direction. Great job team I will be back
