I was a customer of Joel's auto care and was a little skeptical when I found out that it was bought by the stress free chain. But I still took my car in because it needed work and I was very happy with the work. They sent me a thorough diagnostic/ inspection document. They found issues and sent me photos of all of the issues and explained why they were causing the symptoms I was experiencing. They were understanding and didn't push further when I opted out of things I could do myself like the battery replacement they recommended. And I felt that the prices were fair for the repairs that they did complete. The front desk was very kind and helpful and the repair was prompt. Overall very happy and will continue to bring my car to them. Thank you stress free auto care!

The Stress-Free Auto Care is by far the best place I've ever taken my car(2021 Chevrolet Trailblazer) too. The moment I requested help with my vehicles issues on Yelp. Kenny Galves the assistant General Manager of Stress-Free Auto Care reached out via text. We spoke about my car issues and schedule an appointment for the very next morning. The amount of detail and transparency with what the issues were and what the labor cost would be, was something I've never experienced before. Once my vehicle was being worked on. Kenny would reach out and show me pictures of the process and work that was being done. I personally worked on my car and caused a lot of damage. So when Stress-Free Auto Care technicians began their diagnosis. They noticed a misaligned pin on the brake caliper. Which was causing all my error codes to appear on my dash. The technician really took his time and knowledge to help get my vehicle back on the road. I would recommend anyone with need of vehicle maintenance of any kind, to go visit Stress-Free Auto Care.

The service manager, Michael is a stand up guy. I highly recommend these guys. I've been looking for a respectable honest auto shop for a while now and I found them when I took my vehicle in for an A/C coil leak. They worked with my auto warranty and made sure it was all covered. The second time I took it in was for some suspension problems and again they were quick efficient and did a great job keeping me in the loop while they were working on my Armada. They're straight shooters with fair prices, great coffee, wifi and a clean waiting room. They'll leave you stress-free!

Joel's was my previous auto care....very happy with stress free. Requested my car be ready by noon....was done at 10:30. Service was great.. personable, professional, attentive to your needs/requests. Detailed invoice too!!
