I’m very delighted to go back again for the 3rd time to this auto shop Whenever you go to STS tire on hillside Ave ask for Chris and his team they did an incredible job . Very respectful , polite and talk gentle I just got my brakes and sensors fixed I’ll be going back in winter to change my tires . Great workers and management team . Keep up the good work guys !!!

Stay away from this business! Brought my car for front alignment with 4 almost new tires, and after four months notices my right front tire is almost destroyed. They refused to take responsibility and tried to blame it on me and the car. Don’t go to this business. They’ll take your money for nothing.

They did a great job repairing my tire. Chris (the sales associate who took care of me) is phenomenal! I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but it would be unfair to the local community if I didn't share my amazing experience (specifically as it relates to Chris). He valued my time and made every effort to service my car as quickly as possible. Pricing at this shop is very competitive, but the truth is, I would not hesitate to pay more as long as I get to work with Chris. This is not to say that other sales associates there aren't also great, but my only experience is with Chris. To STS Corporate and Senior Management: Please do whatever it takes to keep Chris! In an industry where trust, honesty and professionalism is often lacking, outstanding employees like Chris are a rare gem and must be recognized for the value that they provide. I would even suggest that you leverage Chris to develop a customer service program that can be used to train and develop all customer-facing employees.

What a great experience I had today! Chris and the crew were phenomenal. They kept me updated every step of the way with what was going on with my car. I am so happy, the communication was outstanding and the customer service and level of professionalism was great. I really will be coming back because this is the first time I didn’t feel “cheated” as a woman customer in the automotive industry. Great job today, I’m leaving very happy. Thanks to everyone!!!!
