My vehicle had a recall & SL Ford got me in & out quickly to repair the part in question. Friendly & helpful staff greeted me. Nice comfortable & clean customer lounge to use while you wait for repairs.

We recently bought a car through Sherry Hovell at Sugar Loaf for our 16 year old son. She was fantastic! She was not pushy and knew the cars and their features very well. She took the time to explain all of the safety features and help get them set up to our liking. She also identified a small problem with the car (as it was used) and took the initiative to point it out and get it covered under warranty. She has a great personality and is very kind and fun. You feel like your best friend is helping you pick out a car.
