$200 for diagnosis why the engine light came on intermittently on my 2015 F150 while other dealships don't access this fee. Something that should have taken a day took 3 days. Loaner car while have owned Mercedes and Lexus is not the case with Ford. The rental agency for Ford is at the local GMC dealership. While waiting for the rental, sales people are trying to sell you GMC products. This is a brilliant strategy and marketing statement by Ford. $700 later to change six spark plug without a courtesy wash also very shroud. Again, Mercedes and Lexus do set the bar high. Needless to say I will not take my car to this dealership for service.

When you buy a new car to get a warranty that if anything goes wrong Ford is supposed to take care of it. This location is bad with communication, it charges for items under warranty. They keep your vehicle for longer amounts of time than needed and dont help with a rental even when they are supposed to provide one through ford. We went to a different location for service and it was completed in 8 hours! We drove two hours to avoid dealing with this shady representation to Ford. We have reported them to Ford. You’re better off buying your Ford and servicing it anywhere else. Twice have we had the very bad experiences. They truly don’t care they have a monopoly with ford service in Hesperia. Please someone open a Good Dealership in the High desert.. The very unhelpful response to this review with the Apology for the way I feel? No apology for charging us for for service for a brand new ford under warrenty. They failed us, they take no responsiblie for it. They do nothing But tell me they are proud of there shady business practices and will continue to do that same thing. You can clearly see from the owners response that things will never get better and we need . Better choice in the high desert.

Carlos and Andres are top notch. Had my appointment at 11 and I was in and out in 45 minutes. Granted I know they might not always be able to do that kind of service but it comforts me knowing when they can get stuff handled quick they do! Just had an oil change today. Thank you guys! Makes me feel even better to be a member of this dealership family.
