This auto body LLC exhibits highly questionable practices and should be investigated for potential fraudulent conduct. It appears that the owners are submitting false claims to insurance companies, failing to properly address reported damages, and refusing to return customers’ vehicles unless they surrender their titles. In my case, my vehicle was tampered with at their shop. Parts were removed without authorization, and when I returned, the car was no longer operable. These actions raise serious red flags and indicate a lack of integrity and accountability. I strongly urge an investigation into this business for fraudulent behavior to protect other consumers and prevent further abuse of insurance companies.

This auto body LLC is terrible. The owners are defrauding insurance companies by reporting false claims. They never correct the reported damages and refuse to return your vehicle, even demanding your title. They stripped parts from my car, and when I went back, my vehicle couldn’t be moved. Something happened to my car at their shop. This business is a major red flag 🚩 and needs to be investigated for fraudulent conduct. It should be shut down.”

Absolute one of the worst experiences in my life. Not only did they keep my car for months, they also did not fix anything. After staying with my car for over 6 months and making full payments for services, I was told nothing could be done. Then after being told nothing can’t be done he try to get me to sell my car to him for under 500 bucks. Why would he want a car he claims to be unfixable? This shop are crooks and take hard working people’s money for jobs they can not do or choose not to do. Anyone who has gone here and been a victim to their scam should reach out to a lawyer and file a suit and when you do you will be able to see all other claims made towards this shop. I wish I would had done my research before leaving my car here because now I’m out of 4,000 dollars and no car. Also, I sent my car in there to fix one problem and all of sudden there were multiple problems with my car. Please be careful with this shop they are no good. Even if they were to fix whatever you come in for, in less than 1 month your car will break down with way more damages than what you came in for. Again, BE CAREFUL with these frauds.

Worst mechanic in the Bronx. They had my car for at least 6 mnths and the end result they couldn’t figure it out. So I lost my car and my money. Then they have the balls to say the place next door will buy the car off of me for a few hundred . Sounds like they work together. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Body work was needed. I don't understand how I come back to my inner front end being pulled apart and not put back together. Bolts were missing and inner framing lifted and loose. THEN, my trunk floor (felt body that covers spare tire)was broken in two pieces, swollen and torn apart, causing it to dust and cause a mess upon removing. WHAT Hppened?! What happened to the respect of a person's property left in your care?! When this was brought to the attention of owner, he said he had no knowledge and it wasn't his workers, however, "bring it back so we can make it right", Sunny said. The workers employed in this establishment are inconsiderate and lack common respect. Don't bring your vehicle here. Pay the extra for what should be done right. After reading into other reviews, I am not the first this has happened to. The parts used for my car,I also found out were not new. THEY were used!!! Make it make sense..
