I had an excellent experience with my recent car service! The person assisting me Tristan was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain everything in detail. I really appreciated the effort he put into making sure I understood what was going on with my car. Not only was he knowledgeable, but his positive energy made the whole process so much better. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his customers, and that made a huge difference. Highly recommend!

Terrible experience. Incompetent service technicians, poor customer service (good luck getting anyone to acknowledge you at the service center). I brought my work truck in for multiple repairs, which totaled $5,300. I could write a lengthy review, but I'll keep it somewhat short. One of the services I had done was new shocks all around, which necessitated an alignment. My steering wheel was perfectly aligned when I brought the truck in. They've now attempted an alignment three times, and it's still crooked when driving straight. After the third attempt at an alignment, I was given the BS line "it's well within spec." I beg to differ. Ford would never sell a vehicle with a crooked wheel, claiming it is within spec. The pictures speak for themselves. With all the extra hassle I won't even get into, they offered nothing for my inconvenience, and my truck still isn't right. Stay away!

Four stars is for the service center staff members including the payment staff members were nice. However, I was disappointed after learning a part needed to be order and I need to leave my auto for next day servicing. My auto was checked in one hour before my morning appointment. It took all day to notice the visually damaged part that I shared with them before making the appointment. No loaner service auto was offered to me on a warranty service job. I later inquired about the loaner service and then the rental service was offered. Perhaps they should noted to see if the part was in stock after making the appointment would have saved time and some fllustration. The auto was repaired the following day, that was wonderful.

My vehicle had a recall on Body Control Module (BCM). I was seen by service advisor Harvey, who was very professional and friendly. Harvey kept me informed throughout the process. The work was performed in a timely manner, making me a satisfied customer. A special thanks to Harvey, his team and the cashier ladies who went above and beyond on offering the free pick up and drop off Uber Rides. I would definitely recommend the Sunnyvale Ford Services.

Went there a few times for oil changes and was perfectly fine, but had an issue with an oil leak that they found that spiraled into a Kafkaesque experience. Was informed on an oil change that the car was leaking oil, and scheduled a follow-up appointment to diagnose it along with fixing some other things that were at a reasonable price. The cost to diagnose the oil leak was $265, which is a bit high in hindsight. I was informed by my assigned service advisor that I would get a callback tomorrow morning telling me what the estimate for fixing the oil leak would be. That call never came, and after exhausting my service advisor's listed phone numbers I eventually called the service department directly to find that my service advisor, amongst others, hadn't shown up that day so they were understaffed with apparently no contingencies to handle the work of the missing advisors. After some more time and another phone call, I was informed later in the second day that their estimated repair cost of the oil leak would be $5000. I retrieved my car the next morning, where they were again severely understaffed, and got my car with no further explanation of the repairs and the further oil leak repairs. I later took my car to an independent mechanic, Campbell Ford Performance, who provided great service, with the car being fixed and diagnosed for a fraction of the cost estimated by Sunnyvale's service department for the same issues. Additionally, multiple advisors at Sunnyvale Ford were pushy in terms of trying to make me purchase a new vehicle. In light of this experience, I will be taking my future business elsewhere.
