It’s about time I left these guys a review. I’ve been taking my company and personal vehicles to these guys for several years. They’ve done everything from replacing internal engine parts to oil changes to AC fixes on activity buses. I have occasionally decided to do some work myself to save some money but never because I felt I was getting overcharged. I don’t think you could save much and still get a quality garage with a warranty any where in town. They are friendly and fast. I usually drop a vehicle off and tell them no rush and still they call me back the next day with pricing and have it ready the next day. I really appreciate the peace of mind. Also they now use a new software that lays out their recommendations with pricing and a mobile friendly check list that I can approve any item I want in moments. I just recommended them to friend to look over a bus that his private school was looking at buying. That’s when I thought I really should leave a review and let others know how great they are! Taking a guess over the last 5 years they have serviced in some way 15 different vehicles for me and I’ve never had a complaint. And I’m not a bot. Just a really satisfied customer.

This place is where is good man down to earth people. The lead Mechanic idk his name but I know he works hard. My truck wouldn’t start. It was the starter and maybe resetting the computer so that the starter received signal to engage. He called me to update me at least four times during his maintenance process. I appreciate this more than anything because communication is key for me. My truck is fixed and running now. Any future problems I know my money is well spent and they will take care of you like family. God bless this auto shop.

Sunrise has been my go-to auto shop since moving to Fountain Inn in 2019. The employees are friendly and professional. The work is always done on time and accurately. The prices are very reasonable. That checks all of the boxes in my opinion - I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

My neighbor recommended Sunrise when no one would help me with my dying car battery. They checked my car and found it was only the battery and replaced it without a problem. I am very impressed with their warranty too. All employees were kind and hard working. Thanks!

Friendly and Honest Went in with an unknown light on my dashboard regarding an airbag. They found the issue & were able to get the part needed, installed it & got me back on the road in about 4 hours.
