Easily the worst auto shop in Aurora. They had my car for a MONTH and never fixed the issue with my transmission when all I needed was a transmission computer, which took another shop a couple hours. They supposedly did all kinds of completely unnecessary work. They hacked apart my car and fixed absolutely NOTHING! They supposedly "rebuilt" my transmission which was already in good condition, so it wasn't needed at all! They replaced my engine computer, for some strange reason, since the engine was not the problem. You would think a shop whose name literally has "transmission" in it would know that an engine computer and transmission computer are two completely different things. After another shop easily fixed my issue, it was determined that, since the engine computer was not the issue, Superior probably returned it and put my old engine computer back in. Evident dust of an old computer helped confirm this was probably the case. On top of all this nonsense, I now have an exhaust leak which I am confident is due to their hack mechanics doing such a poor job, they couldn't even reconnect the exhaust system back in properly! Another huge red flag is that they didn't charge me for anything because they knew how bad of a job they did and how much money in rental cars they cost me. Frank told me he's not charging me "in good faith" Good faith for what?! Costing me a month without a car? Hacking apart my car for no reason? Letting his bad mechanics tear apart my car and cause me an issue I never had (exhaust leak)? If you value your car and it's your lifeline, DO NOT let this shop "work" on your vehicle!!

I was quoted $590 to swap a transmission after they had possession of my car they wanted $1300. Car was not even put back together. Will not recommend. Stay away!

They had my son's car for 3 weeks for transmission issues and did not fix it. They keeped making promises to my son on when it will be done and never where able to follow thru with it. Would not recommend this shop.

Dealt with Frank and Lenny with transmission problems on my Tahoe. Both of them were very knowledgeable and honest with everything up front. Anytime something new came up with an update they would call ahead before making any more necessary repairs. Truck feels like it's a brand new vehicle now.

Had the transmission serviced here for a fluid pressure code. Frank took the time to explain my options nd didn't sell me repairs I don't need. Good shops are hard to find and leave you wondering. I would come back again for any transmission work.
