Every time I take my car there they fix one problem and create 3 more. Last time they had my car one month there for Ana electric issue charged me a ver 1k and they didn’t fixed the problem. They also outsourced my car to another guy who was a stereo specialist not a mechanic. Needing to deal with another person I didn’t knew or trusted. They also broke my wind shield while my car was there and needed to buy a new one. Will avoid at all costs.

I'm not one to write negative reviews. If you take a look at my history, all of them are positive, and I tend to be a lenient and understanding person. However, after my first impression of T A Auto Center, I have to say I am both disappointed and repulsed. I came in shortly before closing time, and asked about doing a repair in my car. When I got a previous diagnostic, I was informed that I either had to replace the spark plugs, ignition coils or both. I had replaced the spark plugs (at a different shop) and my car was still operating poorly. So I came to T A, in order to get a second opinion. Whoever helped me, I assume was the owner and I didn't ask for a name, asked me to open my hood. I did so, and he listened to the sound my car was making for 10 seconds, and jumped to the conclusion that my engine was not functional. He said that I needed to replace the entire head and this would cost upwards of 2000. When I told him about my previous diagnostic, both from AutoZone and then at another shop, he got defensive and asked me why my car hadn't been fixed yet. He then offered to do a proper diagnostic for $120, which I declined. I went back to the initial shop, they replaced the ignition coils and my car is allegedly running smooth again. This all cost less than $500. I just write this so you're weary of this man's assessments, as he clearly tried to take advantage of me yesterday. What he did is the equivalent to going to the ER and before they can run any tests on you, telling you you have cancer. I'm not saying stay away from this place, but be vigilant.

I am really upset! I thought he was honest the first time I went for a wheel bearing replacement. Which I wanted an interior door handle replaced and it couldn't be done because the latch is sticking but, I was still charged the $35 and he said he'd install it once I get a new one. So, I said fine. Now, I was quoted $250 for a clutch job if I got the parts. I called on Monday morning to see if I could leave the car but, he said Wednesday was better. I go to drop the car off and he said that it wouldn't be done until Monday since, I never called. He was busy and I didn't want to argue. I just got back from picking up my car and Felix charged me a hundred extra!!! He said we don't do clutches for $250. Even though he quoted me that price. I am disabled and don't have much income. He just ruined my holidays. That was an extra hundred that I wasn't prepared to pay. I called on Friday and he said he found time to finish on Saturday by 4 and what happened? I still had to wait until Monday! 4 1/2 days to do my clutch which he had all the parts for because I purchased the complete kit with flywheel. I'm a person with auto parts knowledge and a self mechanic. As a result, I will not be bringing any future business. It is near impossible to find an honest mechanic these days! Their phone communication is terrible. Unless Felix answers, if he does. Don't bother leaving voice messages because they don't return any phone calls. BTW, if you have had your car detailed like I did or, just care about cleanliness then you'll regret coming here. There's oil on my brake lever, steering wheel, door panel & seats. When I called to check the status on Friday, I asked how much to rotate the tires and to align the headlights. Felix said $20 for the rotation but, never gave me a quote on the headlights. Since I was barely able to afford the clutch job of $250, I said that's fine I'll just do it myself! He didn't do the headlights. Just to end up being overcharged a total of $135+ with my first 2 visits! I only came here because I was referred by 2 supposed relatives that have been coming here for years. I rotated my tires to find out that they're just like a majority of mechanic idiots that install lug nuts with impact guns. When they do this, it ruins the threads on the bolts! Every vehicle has a torque setting unique to each make & model. So, what happened? One of the rear lug bolts snapped off as I noticed metal shavings on most of the bolts. I have a 4 lug vehicle which rolling on 3 probably isn't as safe as a 5 lug wheel missing one. Moron's!

Great service. I had a slow coolant leak. Felix identified the problem super fast. Ordered and replaced the part for a fair price. Car runs great now. Highly recommend.
