Steve is the owner and is so hands on, genuinely cares for his customers and most importantly does quality work. His prices are extremely reasonable especially for the work he does, he doesn’t cut corners, he does it right the first time. Love love love this shop!

My first experience with T & S service was in October 2023. I needed a battery, air and cabin filters, and an oil change. I appreciated how nice and respectful Steve was. He communicated very well to me. He mentioned what brand of battery he was going to be using and the quality of it. I appreciated that. I also went back for a cracked/broken bumper to be replaced. I was very impressed with the quality of their work. The paint job was amazing and flawless. I was a very happy customer getting my car back after that job. I would without a doubt continue to get my car serviced there.

T&S has been my go to mechanic for last 14 years and the service has been top notch. My pickup truck was purchased new exactly 14 years ago they have been the only one to work and maintain it and that's why 14 years and 150,000 miles later it still drives like the day I bought it. My other car is 18 years old and still going strong because of them. They even repaired and maintained many of my boat and dump trailers over the years along with other family members vehicles. Nothing is ever a problem there when I drop something off to Gus or Steve at T&S I know it's in great hands

Steve is very professional. Work needed on both our vehicles and those of our daughters is totally outlined in advance. We have been pleased with the work done and costs have been very reasonable. We highly recommend him and his staff.

Unfortunately I did not receive the service I wanted but was hit with extra fees for work I didn't ask for. I simply wanted an oil change, and they charged me for wiper fluid replacement, putting air in the tires, and for checking under the vehicle. Who does that? Every time I've gone to other shops for an oil change they always do the oil change and obviously the oil filter and never did any of the extra work these guys did. When I tried to dispute why they did the extra services when I didn't ask them and they didn't tell me. The man in the front simply said, "we are a service center that's what we do" what kind of response was that? I don't care that you are a service center, they added extra work when I NEVER asked for them. Horrible customer service and the man is very arrogant and prideful to admit that they added the extra work without my permission. I went to this place because I saw that the reviews were great! So I said, that must mean it's a reputable place. But the pure scam that they pull to try and get more money is horrible. I ended up paying, $92 dollars for everything, when I just simply wanted an OIL CHANGEEE!! 92 dollars for when you just went for an oil change is crazy. You should be adding services that the client NEVER asked for.
