:DRIVERS BEWARE:🤣 Officer Doofy patrolling 🚓 the parking lot to "Make damn sure," you pay for your reserved spot! Whatever! Not sayin it's right or wrong if you're trying to get over on em by parking and not paying, but give us drivers a break people! There's 200 spots here, and 180 of em are paid only! C'mon now!🤣 Even left a cute little note 📝 📋 on my truck to boot as I was coming back outside with my new parking pass receipt! All the money that's spent in these truck stops by us, and it just keeps getting worse and worse... Gave it 3 stars cause at least it's a little updated inside and the people are nice....

I ordered mobile service to patch tire. It’s small piece of metal. They promised mechanic will be in 3,5 hours. After 7,5 hours mechanic came. He was working 1 hour and 15 minutes he raplaced tire for used one , said he can’t fix leak and sure he never tried my driver was all the time there and saw it. You charge me for 1006$ and said it was 3,5 hours repair. I told ok I paid already. And told you guys please do not pick up my new tire, we will fix tire on our shop. But what next, mechanic take my tire and go away. After calling to the shop I ask to return my tire back new Bridgestone Mike -person from shop just end my call. After I called couple times, and this Mike continued end my call. What wrong with you TA service? You have big problem with HR department. Other our truck after repair on our shop go to different TA shop to do elignment and they told us, need repair for 1000+$. We declined and did elignment at next different shop. Other shop checked truck and said no need repair (We have proof) It was last time working with Terrible non professional service

Avoid at all cost,if your rigs not on fire or flats all around, steer clear. They only have 2 mechanics working per shift and 1 of the 2 can only work on tires. Complete waste of a 34 reset and still couldn't get any work done.

This is the worst place for trucks service poor communications lack of respect poor timing the big lady in the office was OMG shouting/yelling at customers she is totally unprofessional. The only thing i should give them a thumbs up was the technician’s the boys were very nice and I appreciate their work although they’re only two the need 2 or 3 more good guys like them to boost the job with them. But I should recommend the owners to do some change in the office that office in not a home care it’s a working place.

The worst customer agent in my life ! Sharell or whatever , big lady, totally unprofessional, don’t want to work in TA, why the hell the management keep her there. Let her go ! I’m not coming back to any TA because of her, the Cooper , mechanic guy he was great in communication, he told her that he didn’t change the fuel seperator because they didn’t have it, you can’t believe how he treated me when I said don’t charge me for that. And I paid attention to next customers as I was reading the comments, she is totally unprofessional and unacceptable at all. Give her burger and keep her at home . Such a unpleasant human being Oh my god. Fire her !!
