TABS Truck and Trailer Repair

After a wonderful winter down South, we were Headed North towards Idaho when outside Fresno we had a problem with one of the trailers tires. Long story short the bearings had gone out, one was ground completely to nothing. The fellows at John Deere tractor sent us over to Tharps farm supply who set us up with everything we needed except for brake shoes wish they told us in Fresno no one had. A cruise through the Internet Brought me to TABS Truck & Trailer Repair& Brakes. I spoke to a wonderful person named Larry. I answered all the questions to the best of my ability and he had the patience of Job with me. He was able to get a full brake unit in for me same evening, sending me a picture first before we had to make the drive all the way back in. I’m glad he did! I was wrong! It was not a 10 inch it was a 12 inch! Oh my! Not a problem for Larry! If anyone out there ever is in the area & needs help in this field, Please call them and ask for Larry! You will appreciate his willingness to go the distance with you and his kindness.

I have been buying parts for my trucking company at Terminal Air for over 40 years, that has now ended due to their consistently bad performance over the last 3 months. I needed a simple set of exchange brake shoes for one of my trailers and had my wife stop buy to pick them up, something we have doing for decades without issue. They rejected one of our cores for no reason that I can determine but I figured "no big deal, I will just send another when we go in next time". "next time" was about a month later, I sent her in with 3 cores to get a new set of exchange shoes and the core refund that remained from the last purchase. This time they also rejected the cores for no reason apparent to the eye, then they sold her a set of shoes that were NEW instead relined. When I again sent her back for the core refund they informed her that there was none because she bought new shoes. All of the cores that were rejected by TAB'S were accepted without hesitation at Betts Spring, which is where I will shop from now on. TAB'S desire to screw me out of a lousy $60 by taking advantage of my wife was successful but that is the last $60 dollars they will ever get from me. 3 trips of over 40 miles apiece just to keep arguing with counter people who have no idea how to use their own computer is enough, they can keep the money; the shoes they sold us were the correct ones so I gave 2 stars instead of 1 but this is NOT the same Terminal Air that I have been shopping at for decades

I popped an air bag on my trlr, called 15 places and either no one answered or I just could not understand them.. Then I called TABS. . Great people and smart mechanics..recommended 100%...

Had a electrical short on a trailer and they fixed the problem to perfection. And they where very quick on the repair.
