TCK Mobile Mechanic

I needed my water pump replaced and Marvin and his brother did. He put my old timing belt back on telling me it would be fine. I drove 10 seconds out my driveway. Car lost power. He tows my car back into the yard. Timing belt broke. He tells me I need the belt and timing tension. He puts this on. Blown head gaskets. Every man I have talked to a couple retired mechanics said the same. If he has 30 plus yrs experience, he should have known the timing belt and tension rod should be replaced. This guy then wanted more money. I wouldn't recommend him to a goat

I called and was very frantic about my truck not working. Seeing as I am not from SC and don't know very many people. I didn't know what to do. TCK answered my call very calm and reassured me that he could get me back together. He came over the 1st day and did an assessment of my car for a pretty good price. After we siscussed what was really wrong with my truck he told which parts to get and I followed directions. He treated my like his own daughter. I called my father and explained what was going on and my father was very grateful that another master mechanic had agreed to take care of his daughter and granddaughter. TCK has top notch communication. I feel better bow that I have a mechanic I can call on while living in SC. Thanks again for getting me and my daughter back road worthy and safe. These guys saved the day! My radiator went out in my Suburban and they were able to pick up parts and fix the same day in my apartment complex. They were very professional and their pricing is fair. I will be using this company again for sure! Outstanding service!!!

We had a steering problem and couldn't move our car so I looked for a mobile mechanic. The only one I could find with a number that worked was TCK. They came out the next day, made contact to let us know when they would be coming, and diagnosed the problem. Once we gave them the go ahead, they picked it up the same day, repaired it and we had it back the day after. Friendly service and saved us the hassle of getting it towed to another mechanic.

Have been promised for three days that I was the next person on the list stayed home from work with no vehicle. Talked to the secretary 4 separate times and was told I was next on the list. It was assured they would show up for the last 3 days. Horrible customer service, horrible communication!! Had truck towed to my house instead of service center for $200 because they said they would be here Monday. Now have to pay for another tow. Horrible business that has lost me days of work waiting for a mechanic that never showed up
