At first the service was not that pleasant, Dan was assisting me and he was not clear on the steps of service even though I asked for the guidance. Right out of the door he said you need to look for the hotel. Michael was a complete different story. That was human interaction with great customer service. Later Dan was more understanding, but first greeting was not. The guys at the repair shop are great. The technician (bold guy, I think his name is Daniel) was very positive and knowledgeable. End of story, the truck got fixed same day, just in 4 hours or so. Marisela was very helpful and understanding. Thank you

This TEC Equipment was awesome 👏 !!! here is why :- 1. Very clean inside and outside! 2. The service desks were very organized and nice and neat to greet you as soon as you walk in. 3. The drivers lounge is very comfortable.( I wish the remote control worked. Lol) they even have showers and laundry. 4. And the most important thing to us of course is getting service so I went in early morning as soon as they open I waited outside as soon as they open the gate, I went and saw the service desk department. They check me in right away. 5. Ricardo was very helpful and understanding he heard my concern and he let me know he's gonna do what he can and he kept me informed throughout the progress. 6. They had the part that needed to be replaced a sensor, so I was in and out and about three hours thank you Ricardo appreciate that!!!!

I came in today looking for fog lights. Although I didn't find the specific parts I needed, Ed Mendoza was incredibly patient and offered excellent advice to help me explore other solutions. Ruth also provided great customer service. It was an excellent experience!

Horrible experience! They scammed us for the screen that marks the RPM. They said they repaired the part and it still didn’t work when I came back and they still charged me $595. I left my Volvo another day so they could program it and fix the clocks that didn’t work and when I came back the DEF still didn’t work. They charged me again $522. I payed $1,100 for everything and they didn’t fix anything. When I was driving it back my Volvo had an alarm and there was a warning on the screen for regeneration. Since the beginning I told them to install a new part and they decided to work with an old part and payed for nothing and left my truck worse. Do not recommend this dealer it’s a scam. I tried to contact the manager and haven’t gotten a response.
