If I could give no stars I would! Do not bring your vehicle to this shop. My son took my car there to get some coolant for my BMW & to check an engine light on the dash. They had him sign a few documents so they could look at the car. Unfortunately, he didn’t read that to just look at the engine light. It would be $197. It would also be $197 to see why the low coolant light was on? When I went to pick up my car, they charged me $399. They topped off the coolant and said that nothing was wrong with engine, it was a sensor. I don’t mind paying to look at the car but they wouldn’t even give me a labor hourly rate for what they did? When I got in my vehicle, my radio, phone, navigation and vehicle info button didn’t work, but I was so angry I did not go back into the shop. Please beware these people are not honest.

Other than technical skills, the most important factor for me in a repair shop is trust. Can I trust the evaluation and the recommendations . The next important thing is cost vs. value. No one wants to overpay. TAR&T meet all my checkpoints.

I was here this morning fourth five minutes early. While I was waiting to be helped another customer came in and was helped immediately. On a regular day I wouldn’t have minded waiting however I was late for work. I nicely explained and was denied help. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend.

I had a rebuilt transmissions put in my work truck. I have over 20-30 text messages of each issue from the first week that things started to happen. Chris the manager I was dealing with. I finally had to talk to the owner after 4-5 months since the transmission issue weren’t getting fixed from Chris. I finally thought the owner Ramsey would rectify the situation seeing the issues I was having since the first week. I was told from Ramsey the 3 party company they deal with doesn’t have my transmission that’s needed, I was told this about 3 months. 9 months later zero follow up. I spent $3800 and felt like I walked into a used car dealership and got ripped off. If I were anyone looking for a new or used transmission I’d look elsewhere. These are the text messages to Ramsey, everything has been a deflection. I’ve been waiting since January and now all the sudden the company they use for the transmission isn’t available.
