I’ve been taking my car to Temecula Nissan since 2018 for oil changes and maintenance. Their service department is top notch, especially advisor Mike Marcoux! He is honest and explains any recommendations very thoroughly. I highly recommend Mike and his service department!

Very disappointing experience. 2012 Nissan frontier base model, came in for a $30 dollar oil change with a coupon and a recall on the airbag. They charged me $70 for the oil change. Mike told me it takes “special oil” and that’s why it was 2x as much. They didn’t touch the recall, Mike wanted $200 just to take a look at it. Overall I felt he was being pretty dishonest and turned me off to ever coming back. Suggested a lot of unnecessary work as well. Called the dealership and told my story but they said he wasn’t there that day. He was. I saw him. Never got a call back either. Sigh.

I took my car in for an oil change.. THEY DOUBLE CHARGED ME AND WONT GIVE ME A REFUND. I’ve called 📞 5 times… spoke to 2 people.. kept being ran around saying the manager will be call me…. THEY STILL WONT GIVE ME A REFUND ON THE CARD THEY Wasn’t supposed TO CHARGE! and it’s been over 3 months

My Nissan only had 36,000 miles on it when my transmission went out! The employees in the service department were kind and knowledgeable. I felt like my car problems were important. I was given real-time reporting on the progress, and all my questions answered every time I called. Mike called me personally to give me updates. My car runs like brand new! The only complaint I have is the amount of time it took for corporate to approve my warranty (almost a week), which meant that I was responsible for paying for my own rental car. It was ridiculous! I felt like I could trust Mike. I hope I don't need to repeat this process in the future.

Shout out to Kimberly Crawford, service advisor, who responded to my recent service request in a timely and efficient manner. Found myself challenged with installing a cell phone holder on a rather aerodynamic designed Nissan Rogue Sport dashboard. She identified the solution for which I am grateful. This was not the first time Kimberly delivered exceptional customer service. Thank you Kimberly!
