The staff was incredibly helpful, polite, and honest. They quickly diagnosed the issue, added air to my tires, and explained everything clearly. I had my engine light come on and was able to have the technician at this location check it out. I decided to complete the work here because they took the time to explain everything in detail, which I didn’t experience at the dealership. Youhanna provided great recommendations and reassurance, while Louise was very helpful and made sure all the information was clear. I had a fantastic experience, and they’ve gained a loyal customer!

I recently brought my 2013 Toyota Corolla and 2018 Subaru Outback to Ten-Four for a 4-wheel alignment, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the gentleman at the counter was incredibly helpful. He not only assisted with the alignment service but also provided a clear and honest quote for rear brake service on my Subaru. I scheduled the wheel alignment for a Friday afternoon and decided to leave the Subaru overnight for the brake service, which was set to be completed on Saturday morning. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free. The staff were professional, communicative, and ensured that both my vehicles were well taken care of. Overall, I highly recommend Ten-Four for their excellent customer service and efficient work. They made what could have been a stressful experience a breeze. I'll definitely be returning for any future automotive needs!

Not a happy customer. I brought my 2019 Suburu Ascent for routine maintenance-spark plugs, oil change, transmission fluid change to 10-4 Auto. They did the work and now, my car gives off burning and fuel smells; makes weird noises; idles rough; and does not drive smooth anymore. When I got my car back I drove home and noticed the smell and called the owner to ask if this was normal. He said it was and it will burn off with more driving. I drove my car for the next few weeks and still, I got this intermittent burn/fuel smell in the cabin and the noises. I called the owner and he reluctantly agreed to take the car back to look into this. Long story short-he claims they spent 2 hrs trying to diagnose the issue but found no problems with their work and suggested that I clean the ducts and clean something with the A/C. Really? And now my driver side light doesn’t work. He was so confident in their work and tried to diminish the importance of the maintenance I paid for, he said that his tech can change spark plugs in his sleep. I told him that my dad and I changed the spark plugs on my 2010 truck recently and there are no weird smells, no noises, and the truck drives noticeably better now. I bought my Suburu with 4 miles on it and it now has 62k miles-I expected that changing plugs would either maintain my driving experience or make it better, not worse. 10-4 Auto lost any trust or confidence in the service they provide and I would NOT refer anyone to a shop that is sloppy or complacent.

I’ve been shopping for a local mechanic for some time now to help dial in an alignment issue I had on one of my builds. After hours of searching I decided to give Ten Four a shot and see what happens. Being this is a fresh rebuild of a 79 Chevy c10 I’ve been hesitant on who I want to touch it. That being said….. Im extremely happy with how fast they were able to get my truck in the shop, fix the issues and taking the time to explain to me what they did and what I could do to help dial in the front end. I will definitely be using Ten Four for all our mechanic needs in the future. Thank you guys!!
