Got an alignment and ordered a set a tires from them. Price was very reasonable.The owner Rey and the staff were really nice and helpful. Probably one of the best customer service experience i've ever had.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The owner is very rude. First of all only the front office is clean, the back where the do other stuff is in a lot that only says tire that is filled with cars. I had an appointment for an oil change, I went for the front office that has a sign that generally says the services that they do. I parked and when in. The lady was nice and told me I need to go to the back bay for oil changes. I drove to the back but again the lot was filled with cars in every direction. I thought I was driving into the area they were servicing cars. I backed up into the street, which was also littered with cars (not safe at all), my blind spot was blocked and I didn't want to hit anyone. Very unprofessional to not have some guidance or parking for customers. I squeezed on the side walk, but I didn't feel right doing that because customers and workers were walking around and I didn't want to block people. I got out of my car hoping to get instruction, but I was angry at this piont. I was walking towards where I thought would be an office to check in for my appointment but some guy, who I later found out was the owner, ask me can I help you. I said I have an 8 am appointment and he said it's right here and pointed to a garage that had a car in it already. I said ok, but there is no where to park and there is no sign. He said there is a sign right here. The sign only said tires. I said I have an appointment for an oil change, how am I supposed to know, and there are cars everywhere. He said he doesn't put all of the services on the sign, which is a lie because in the front lot the services are there. He said other people can figure it out, I am not other people. I walked away and said you we don't have time for your oil change today. I said ok. I called to report him to the manager or someone. And he answered ans said he was the own and I was talking over me and said I don't have time for your PhD or your anxiety and hung up. Very rude un professional man. This place is filthy and unorganized and not accommodating for customes of all types. Side walks are littered with cars and worker walk past you with no hello or offering to guide you. They look at you and piont. The owner is rude and cannot take consecutive feedback.

Woke up to a flat tire, happily after we were out of Death Valley but before our 6 hour drive north. Teresa's got us in and out quickly- found the leak, patched the tire and back on the road in about a half an hour and $30. Friendly staff, comfortable spot to wait, clean bathroom, very cool Steampunk office. Much obliged.
