EDIT: I can see why they get bad reviews... upon further inspection they didn't line up my charge port flush to the body, the o-ring was not making contact as all. They also ended up orbital sanding a portion of my trim but refused to admit they were at fault... SO going through Tesla insurance now to get them to do something. Super great experience with this Tesla Body shop location! Lina was very professional and timely in their responses—especially in the middle of a pandemic. I received the car back with all the damaged areas repaired as if new. There was one new minor scratch that was visible upon inspecting the car, but they were kind enough to repair it on the spot for me! Unsure why there are so many negative reviews in the past, but they’ve definitely gotten it together since then.

Update: Tesla fixed all the reported issues. I love my MYP ****** Absolute worst experience here. Shabby work and car returned dirty w new damages. Luis from management called me and apologized profusely and will be picking my car for rework next week. To make it right. Will update the rating on how this ends up.

I came here after an accident and the team here completed repair earlier than estimated time. I did have some steering pull during acceleration afterwards but the team continued to look into the issue through multiple follow ups. I appreciate the service from Reggie and team and special shout out to John Marko who went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied, honors his word and stands behind his work and service. Thank you
