Have to say that I am sickened by the current CEO and am embarrassed to drive a car associated with that “human being.” However, the Tesla employees are some of the very best. Alex was professional and patient when addressing a warranty issue and quickly resolved the problem with a patience and composure far above my own. I highly recommend this service center, and look forward to the day when this publicly traded company throws the CEO out on his ass.

Dropped my car off and picked up a loaner car today, when the guy brought up the loaner car, he just walked off and didn't say anything - trash everywhere inside the car including used bandaids, used kleenex, etc. Disgusting. I have had BMW's, Lexus, and Mercedes Benz vehicles - I have NEVER had such an experience.

I was helped by Christian and Alejandro. I would like to say they were extremely professional and kind. I took my car in to have a broken tow hitch fixed ,and it was fixed in a day! Christian was very helpful, he provided constant updates on the status of the repairs, honestly something I did not get from the Tesla repair shops in Irvine and Laguna which I appreciate a lot. Overall I would highly recommend this location ,and if you can to ask to get helped by Christian, Alejandro, or Omar! :) Genuinely, you can tell he cares about his customers, which is not something I’d say for other locations. This location ,in my opinion, generally has a much more friendlier staff who are much nicer to work with. Even the person who helped me test drive my first Tesla Omar was extremely insightful and kind.

Luis J is the BEST service advisor ever. Seriously this amazing individual deserves to be promoted by Tesla to lead Service Manager and could lead the whole so cal region. Elon if you see this, I’m telling you that Luis J is one of the best assets your company has :)

I had a great experience here. Picked up my Tesla MYP a week ago and there were a few small issues that I noted during delivery (panel gap, charge port door fitment, and some spotting on a trim piece that wouldn’t clean off). Took pictures and set up a service request at this location. Dropped my car off in the morning, was given a loaner, and my car was ready for pickup later that evening. All issues were fixed and at no charge. Very smooth and easy process overall! The only thing I noticed was that the loaner was absolutely filthy, but was just happy to have a loaner in general so I can’t complain!
