I am completely disappointed with Tesla. I signed a waiver agreement, but they still refused to install the car after dismantling it. The water cooling pipes were not connected properly, and they charged me more than 1,100 yuan. Every time they repaired the fender, the screws were gone.

We recently visited the Tesla Service Center due to an issue with our car’s air conditioning system. The staff Kim, was incredibly helpful in assisting us with the appointment and guiding us through the repair process. Since our English is not very strong, Kim patiently helped us as much as possible, making the entire experience much smoother. We truly appreciate her kindness and professionalism. Thanks to her support, the repair was completed on the same day. We are very grateful for her help!

Take what you know about car dealerships and throw it out the window. This is Tesla. It’s crazy, you never think that a dealership or their product would be like this so let’s just say this is like a new era in automobiles. Very friendly. Very accommodating to solo test drives to get your feet wet at your own pace. If your curiosity is peaked, go wander around. I did and I found the greatest car I’ve ever had and I’m 57.

A good place to visit with your car due for service or fault. We had our car seat belt continue to blink. Ample waiting area inside if your car is been taken care for service request & you have an hour to wait You may also find some snacks & coffee for customers. The customer service is good and responds well if taken a prior appointment, if not then wait time depends on the day. The best part is you can leave your car overnight if you have an appointment early next morning. The drop off system after 5pm has a procedure to fill & drop an envelop in their letterbox with your details as required in the Tesla form, lock your car & leave. The next Moroni g you get a confirmation on the phone call from Tesla to have received your Car & only then your car service starts after your permission
