Tesla Service Sunnyvale

Service here is solid, though not without its faults. Attention to detail that is ordinarily found at an upscale dealership seems to be missing at this location. Clean service loaners and not leaving greasy smudges before returning the vehicle to the customer should be on the list. With that said, the staff here are knowledgeable and enthusiastic about what they do here, which is to get your Tesla back to spec and on the road. Drop off was not hands off as the app infers, but it was nice to talk to the service and tech agents to make clear what was at issue. My service was projected to take more than a day so I was given a loaner. The service loaner was an older model that hadn't been cleaned for what appeared to be at least a month; it was covered in dust and dirt, the haze on the inside.of the windshield was so thick that you could barely see through it at night, and it also rendered the defroster useless. It's desperate times when the customer has to wash the loaner vehicle just to operate it. That was me. Punctuating my loaner term, the vehicle unceremoniously lost online connectivity while driving, rendering music streaming and navigation unusable. Maybe that's why it looked like an abandoned car when I first picked it up. On the plus side, the repair to my car appears to have been completed successfully and I was able to pick up my car earlier than promised. Dont return my car with greasy smudges on the roof, and provide loaners that don't look like they were abandoned in long term airport parking and I would add a star back. Return my car charged to 80% and I would add another star.

Choose another tesla service center. Anywhere else is better than here. Bunch of dishonest people who lies blatantly. I did my very first service here in 2019, when my car wouldn't start. When I got back my car I found lots of paint scratches on the front. I confronted the service advisor, he told me the work was done fully inside the vehicle so the scratches were not from them. I went home and noticed the orange HV cable tag under the frunk was gone. I emailed the advisor about it, obviously he lied about no work being done in the front. And of course, emails got ignored and no one picks up phones. For the next 5 years I've been avoiding this place, until recently I made a mistake to use them again as they have slots earlier. On the service day they told me tesla stopped giving Uber credits as of a year ago so I need to prepare my own transportation. I told them I serviced at another place just a month ago and they gave uber credits with no issues. Of course, no replies since then. I rescheduled my service to Fremont center, and not coming back again.

Really awesome service! The service advisors and technicians here are super nice and patient. Took the time with me to replicate issues, including a rattle issue, and fixed it well!

Review for their mobile service: They came out and replaced a headlight. Much better than going to a dealer and getting a ride home and back. Couple parts left over for the shield under the car but he came back and put them in the next day.

Avoid this place! They caused a few damages and scratches to my vehicle after a service. Also, they rescheduled my service multiple times, all at last minute. Huge waste of time. I won't ever go to this service center again.
