Unfortunately if I could give this company a zero star review, I would. This company is exploitative, very unprofessional, and lax basic communication skills, I had a very poor experience with this company that caused me to waste my time, money, and frankly my faith in the spirit of kindness amongst people in the Santa Clarita Valley. If you'd like to know more, read the following. • • • • While entering a state of shock after getting into a car accident, Tg Towing company was called to relocate my vehicle. While getting picked up, I asked the male representative of this company, who i'm assuming, is one of the business owners, how much the towing would cost. He replied "$75". I don't know if his hearing has been impacted in some way, but the price that he gave me was the price for how much it would cost to leave my car in his property, not the tow itself. This caused me to have a false expectation on what I would be paying in the future. Later that day, when I arrived on site, i found out the towing was $330. I was immediately taken a-back and disappointed. I for one, believe that companies should lead with honesty, and listen, more closely to their clients questions. The female representative, who I assume is a co-owner of the company, then told me that the first 24 hours would be charged as 1 day, $75, and after those 24 hours, i would be charged per calendar day. Furthermore she told me that their operating hours were from 8 am till 5 pm. The next morning, in an attempt to avoid paying for an extra day. I arrived on site at 7:55 am. I don't know if the female representative lacked in memory, pertaining to details about her own company, or if the male representative decided to neglect his company that morning, but when I arrived on site, I was told that they were opening at 9 am. After anxiously waiting for over an hour, the male representative showed up. When discussing pricing, the male representative charged me for 2 calendar days. When I confronted him about this, he did not care, "it's charged by calander day." In this situation, someone was either misinformed about their own company, or two members of this family owned business lack basic communication skills. Either way, this situation caused me to waste my time and my money. If i Had known that I would still be charged for 2 calendar day I would have acted differently. I'm a full time student that had classes that morning, and the only reason i thought I would be able to retrieve my car that day, was because I was told they opened at 8 am. Futher more, as a full time college student, you can imagine why I had the urgency to avoid any further increase in payment. In my opinion, this company lacks basic communication skills, withholds truth from their clients, and is exploitative to the people that give them business. I recommend to everyone, to either record every conversation you have with these people, to keep them accountable and hold them to their word, because unfortunately, they will not do it themselves; or to take your business elsewhere.

The best experience I've had with a tow company. Carol was very nice and very helpful. Tow guy who I didn't get to catch his name was very kind and helpful also. Great customer service. I do definitely recommend for your towing needs

Exploiter.. the only word I use to describe this company. On 4/9/2020 I was hit by someone on the ramp of 210 E. My car flipped the other drive left this tow truck showed up and demanded to be used. The highway patrol told him several times this wasn't his call but he said he had been cancelled from the other site - Long story short this man charged me $250.00 to take my car from the ramp of the 5 and 210 to the next exist. He refused to leave my car there even after we all told him my tow truck was on the way.
