This company is THE BEST! I’ve used this company 3 times now (2 different cars) and referred to a handful of friends who all agree The Auto Healer takes care of their customers. They’re fast with answering all your questions. They treat you with respect and they’re well worth the price they charge. Their tech was even super great with my kid who wouldn’t leave him alone. He was explaining the process on what he was doing to teach her the way. It melted my heart! You won’t be disappointed!

My truck wouldn't get out of park. Thank goodness I was home when it happened but not wanting to pay for a tow I tried The Auto Healer mobile mechanic. I was super impressed. The tech was very professional but also personable. He explained to me what was going on. Most importantly, I felt safe as this is my first time using someone at my house. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for sure!!!!

Amazing experience with the Auto Healer! From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly convenient. I had an issue with my car that I needed resolved quickly, and the technician came right to my location, saving me so much time. The mechanic was friendly and took the time to explain everything, even giving me tips to help prevent future problems. The pricing was fair, and the quality of work was top-notch. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs reliable car repairs without the inconvenience of going to a shop. Five stars!

I made a call out to auto healer in order to get my electronic power steering recoded after installing a used one on my 2013 BMW 328i and they got James out the same day in order to recode it. They did state that whether it attempt was successful or not I would still have to pay, which I didn’t have a problem with. However James made the attempt to reprogram the electronic motor a few times and was unsuccessful. I’m not sure if the scan tool he had was capable of doing what I asked or if he wasnt sure how to use the scan tool in order to do what I asked. He did seem somewhat skeptical of the whole situation because the car was involved in a wreck hence the reason why I needed to replace the steering rack. Anyway he mentioned a few times about a knee and curtain airbag which had been deployed in the car. So I’m not sure if he thought this was some kind of “trap” car in order to blame him and his company of other issues that the car had after they had worked on it. After the unsuccessful attempts I took it upon myself to purchase a Autel ms906 scan tool from Amazon, which cost a lot of money, and after doing some extensive research I was able to recode the steering rack successfully to the car without any issues. Below I attached before and after videos after recoding the steering rack, photo as well to show that there are no fault codes present with the steering system anymore. Again this a good company with good mechanics, I just think it would help if they had a bit more knowledge for certain things. I’m not trying to make them look bad or anything, just my honest thoughts.

I had a dead battery that wouldn't take a charge. I called right before closing on a Saturday night and was able to get an appointment for Sunday morning, even though it was Super Bowl Sunday. Rich arrived promptly for the appointment and did a quick diagnosis of the problem. He also took the liberty if giving my car a once over to identify any other potential issues then provided me with an update and asked if I had any other concerns. We discussed the opportunities and I agreed to move forward with the additional work needed to get my old car running as it should. While, "my old 'girl' gave him a hard time he pushed onward, letting me know next steps and timelines. Even though the additional impromptu work took much longer than anticipated Rich remained patient and professional. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone who needs mobile car servicing.
