Had a delivery issue it was not their fault FedEx has a problem but they handled the situation and made it right. I appreciate the professionalism and service they offered. I will recommend them and use them again.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. I made 2 separate orders 08/28/2024. For wheels/rims. My vehicle takes 2 different sizes. 1 size for the front and 1 size for the rear. I purchased front wheels. Through PayPal. The website said they were in stock. Then I purchased rear wheels. Again said they were in stock. Business hours were closed as it was 10:30pm EST. Today 08/29/2024, I received an email at 9:35 am. Stating the the front wheels I purchased had been cancelled due to stock issues. It was 10am when I called the company. The agent I spoke to said he would have the agent that sent the email of cancellation call me. He did. He explained that my order was canceled due to it being out of stock. I tried to get the agent to understand that my vehicle takes 2 different size wheels. And if I can’t get all my wheels to match then I don’t want any wheels. Because the agent told me to call back in 2 weeks to see if the wheels that were canceled come into stock. In the meantime I had ordered the rear wheels. I explained to him that I was having these wheels delivered to my mechanic. That he wasn’t going to let me store my wheels at hiis place of business until the wheels that were canceled come into stock. Because the agent couldn’t tell me when that might happen. I also explained that I was having brand new tires installed on such said wheels and that I couldn’t have my mechanic install tires on my vehicle only to remove tires and replace them on said wheels when or if they came available. I also said I didn’t have the money for that. I’ve been without my vehicle as my vehicle needs tires really bad. I wanted to get new rims and have everything done at once and I thought it would happen this coming Monday as per the information I received from this company when I placed my orders. The agent and I ended up not getting along. As he had a very strong accent and I couldn’t understand him very well. Also I’m sure he couldn’t understand me. He wasn’t helpful in assisting me to another wheel that might have worked with my rear wheel purchase. He didn’t want to cancel my other order. I couldn’t get any other agent to help me. Which makes me believe there isn’t any other agents. I was on the website with him and brought it to his attention that the website is still saying that the wheels I ordered that were canceled by the company for stock issues is still showing that they are in stock and that was at 11:24am 08/29/2024. It is now 12:01pm EST and the website is still showing that the wheels are in stock. I sent an email to the company hoping someone else would help me. Again the same agent call me back. Said he issued me a refund for the rear wheels. And that my PayPal account would be credited in 2-3 hrs. On the website it says that once an order is cancelled that it takes 5-7 business days before your account with whatever means you used to make the purchase is accredited to your that account. It’s still not in my PayPal account but it hasn’t been 2-3 hours yet. Only an hour. I’ll update if it happens in that time frame or if it doesn’t. I’ve never had an experience like this one in my life with online shopping. And I shop online all the time. Clearly someone isn’t doing they’re job. The agent stated that the warehouse must not have updated the stock. I don’t believe there’s a warehouse or any other person working for this company. I believe this company is in touch with other companies and that’s how he gets parts for vehicles. I was getting replicated wheels for my Camaro SS. And I can’t have them not matching. I’m just distraught, frustrated and angry because this wasn’t my doing. Not at 1st. I say don’t place any order with them unless you speak with them. I could be wrong but I believe there’s only 1 person that runs this s*+t show.

scame. took my money never sent me the part. never responded to my emails. called them and no answer. had r to a dispute with my credit car to get my money back

Part came in on time but it was the wrong part I order,and to get my refund back I had to go to my bank to make the claim. They don't have employees is the same guy all the time ,and still today I haven't heard from any of them.will never again order parts from here,don't recommend

I ordered a door for my truck through them when I received it it had multiple damages I immediately emailed the company and they gave me a full refund. I appreciate the good morals and will continue business with them.
