There is customer service, and then there is professionalism in service. Scott the owner took my call without me even being a customer, while being on his lunch break! He exemplifies professionalism and friendliness in service, and helped me decide on buying a vehicle they serviced. As a result, when needed in the future … I am also going to be a customer.

Just want to thank Scott and the crew for doing a great job on my 2014 535. They diagnosed and fixed a problem my regular mechanic thought I needed to go to the dealership to fix. They send detailed video explaining the problems, very professional. They did the job quickly and for what I believe to be a very fair price. The car was cleaner on the inside when I picked it up then when I dropped it off. Thanks again guys I highly recommend.

The Bimmer Shop saved me when I needed them the most. Scott is a great personable guy who handled everything while I was out of town. He even came to my house to put my car in neutral and dropped my car off after everything was finished. I cannot recommend The Bimmer Shop enough for your BMW needs!

I bought my X5 from the Bimmer Shop Farningdale and have had it serviced there, and would recommend the shop to any BMW owner. First theurchase. The X5 was completely as advertised and very good condition in and out. The vehicle was thoroughly gone through and all needs addressed. Many people thought that my 9 year old X5 was brand new. That was over a year and a half ago so and the car has continued to perform very well so this wasn't some fluff and buff quick flip. I have had the X5 serviced their a number of times. Scott is a BMW trained technician. He certainly knows these cars extremely well and gives good honest advice when things are needed and also things that I can wait on. He is easy to deal with and does very good work for a fair price.
