The Brake Stop

I would like to give a shout out to Moe, Sam and Alex at the Brake Shop. They did an awesome job on my car. I took it to them on Wednesday, January 15 for them to diagnosis. They were very helpful and honest. I also liked the way when I described the noises it was making they knew what was wrong. Was told it was the inner and outer tie rods on both sides. It would also need a wheel alignment. They stayed within the price I could pay. Unfortunately they discovered I also needed wheel bearings in the front on both sides. They let me know how serious it was. Which I already knew from driving it. Again they helped me out with the price. My car is now safe and drives like a new car. I highly recommend them. I’m just gonna say that these guys are BY FAR the best in the area! They are honest, they are fair and they get you in and out as fast as possible. We took our car there for breaks and they gave us a ride home and picked us up. We then went back for a tail light and a headlight. They addressed the problem and even kept us from doubling our money by going to get the parts ourselves. All in all we will NEVER take our cars to another place! I recommend EVERYONE in the area to do the same!!!!

First off, my initial encounter with your business was good. Both employees were very helpful and polite. My second encounter, in contrast with my first, was like night and day. Moe was extremely helpful and considerate while his co-worker was rather rude and seemingly had a chip on his shoulder for some reason. Making gestures and comments because I pulled in front of the wrong bay, like I’m supposed to know they’re different. Then the next day, I pull into the right bay and he’s like oh you don’t need to be here, reverse and park there. He could’ve just paid attention and told me to park out in the front rather than guide me into the bay then tell me to back out all nonchalant like. Again, I appreciate your service, Kudos to Moe and his work but his co-worker really needs to work on his Customer service

This is the second car I've taken to The Brake Stop. This time I needed rear brakes. The service is outstanding. I am very confident in my car stopping again! Moe gave me a great quote for the repairs. I got an oil change too. Same day service. Go here . You won't be disappointed!

Moe and Casey are great! So knowledgeable with repairs and careful with my vehicle. This is the only shop I will get brakes and oil changes. Great prices in this hard economy keeps my family rolling safe. Super honest and A+ service.
