They did great work at reasonable prices! I don't let just anyone work on my 99 Tacoma and they took care of it very well. The mechanic even came over and went over the work he did, I can really tell the passion they have to help out. They helped me with the power steering/radiator/and ac and now it's so much better. I appreciate the shop and would 100% recommend!

My car was giving out and as I pulled into their parking lot my alternator died. They were booked out for a week and still found time to diagnose the day of. Within 24 hours, I was back on the road. They even did their homework and found affordable, quality parts that saved me hundreds of dollars. Definitely recommend.

I had my car towed to this shop a month ago. And the first major issue they stated was my engine going bad. So my insurance I have on my vehicle covered my entire engine being replaced. A week later the fan on my AC went out and something else. Ok they submitted the claim to my insurance company. My insurance company paid it. A few days later my car stopped again. So with all these tows and rental car payments due to the car shop having my vehicle I have came out of pocket with a lot of money. With me trusting that they are fixing what they say they are fixing. So then I get my car back after they submitted another claim to my insurance stating that oil has leaked into my transmission. They claim they flushed it and replaced something to fix the transmission issue. I want to add I have recorded all my conversations with Travis the guy that says all things in the shop goes through him. ( I asked to speak with the owner on several occasions and I was told I can’t because he can’t give me his information) Anyway, so they apparently fixed the transmission issue. As of last Thursday my car has been jerking very bad to the point it was stopping. ( I have told Travis several times my car has been jerking and he has told me no worries just drive me and keep me posted. He has even given me his personal phone number and I have reached out to him) So I had to have my car towed on again Sunday (7/28/24) Travis calls me and tells me that my transmission is out. Basically I need an entire new transmission. I explain to him how this is a big inconvenience and that I would like to speak with the owner. He tells me I can’t speak with the owner and if I want to I can try to catch him at the shop. So I go to pick up my vehicle( because my insurance company said they have been over charging you so we will only cover a certain amount and you have to pay the rest) and Travis tells me since I am taking my car I have to pay for his working looking at my car. He gets upset with me because I told him that none of this makes since that the issues they have claimed they fixed has went wrong. So he refused to give my car back until my husband spoke up and he comes out and put my keys on the counter and ask me to sign papers. I refused and left. Moral of my story insurance fraud! Travis kept sending in higher then normal quotes and now my insurance stated that I need to sue them. I have recordings of me telling Travis my car had been jerking since they put the new engine in my car. He tells me it’s ok that’s normal when you install a new engine. Then when he so called fixed the transmission the jerking was getting worse until the transmission light came on. They have lied and when I ask to speak to someone higher then him he tells me I can only speak with him because he makes all the calls. I am livid because now I have to take my car to another shop and have it maintenance all while spending all my money on rental cars and etc. if you take your car here just make sure they doing the work. Because it has been proved they have lied and committed insurance fraud. Travis is nice only when collecting money that wasn’t even owed to them because they never actually did the work.

Travis and the guys at the car shop, are super efficient, communicative, and honest. Had a pretty confusing issue with my car and they did a fantastic job figuring it out and getting it done when they said they would, and all at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend the car shop for any and all car related problems!

If I could give this place more stars, I would. We were newbies from Texas and needed to get my husband his thermostat replaced in order to pass Emissions and Travis was so very helpful! We started by setting an appointment and they called my husband and informed it would be best to drop it off the next day due to them being busy. I did just that first thing at 7am when they opened and I was only in there for about an hour and a half. Travis was very knowledgeable and honest and the thermostat was replaced and Emissions was passed. Travis did offer to follow back up with us once the newer thermostats were in stock because so many were on backorder and he explained the difference between the two and he didn't have to do that. I can see why the ratings are high here and this will definitely be our go to spot now that we are newbies to Arizona! Even the price was cheaper than what Texas gave as a price, so that was a relief. Keep up the great work The Car Shop!
